Shoes no suitable- great customer service
Shoes were narrow and very heavy.
Sent back for a refund but not received yet (tracker shows received 5 days ago) hoping it’s a refunded swiftly.
So whilst the shoes were not a good fit, customer service was excellent. A follow up call re assured me a refund will be actioned within 14 days. Fab.
