Randi Nix was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and most of all with us patient. The rest of her staff even the receptionists on the phone were professional and helpful. Our experience with Larson was over many years and Randi never gave up on us. So I have to say I hope she doesn’t have any more or at least not to many clients like us.

Run very far away from this company. They are a scam!!!! I am begging them to refund my money, but they did absolutely nothing. The sales representative will sound believable, but the truth is they cannot help you. They will drag on and on about financial information just to squeeze money out of you. I am so upset that I fell for their lies. DO NOT DO IT.

Called in because I have tax issues. Guy who answered was somewhat rude and short with me. I didn't hear what he said at first so I asked if I had reached the right number. He repeated his name and company in a condescending tone instead of just saying "yes you are in the right place". When I told him my issue, he asked me what I had done to resolve the issue. I told him that I had spoken to the irs briefly. He then advised me that I shouldn't hire anyone to help me and that I should deal with the irs myself because I can afford to make monthly payments. Thanks for nothing.
