Not an independent vets anymore.
Sadly, being part of a corporate machine (that’s right, take no notice of the name above the place, they left after selling up) the service is, in my opinion, money driven and not animal welfare driven. They tried to encourage us to have all kinds of surgery, including the removal of the front part of the bottom jaw... a 13 year old greyhound... and tried to make us feel guilty about putting her to sleep instead... a hard enough decision.
They even mucked that up and needed to give three injections as clearly they didn’t understand the power of a greyhounds heart.
We were with that place since 1984 to 2019, we will never go back to them.
