I tried to cancel my order right after placing it. I tried calling but it was after hours so I wrote to costumer service. At first they told me that they couldn’t cancel stating “ our system processes it quickly to ensure fast delivery”, then they wrote to me to say « Orders placed on Sunday night typically begin processing on the next business day, as our system processes orders within 1-5 business days. » they sent me completely contradictory messages, basically don’t want to help you. The Completely useless..

0 stars. 30 day return policy is a complete lie. When you try to return online it says your window has passed (it was only 14 days). Then they ignored my emails. I called and spoke to someone and they said the return portal isn’t working so I could either return in person or pay shipping to return and they’d give me a gift card. I said I’d return in person so they said they would send me a return slip. The email just reiterated the above info with no slip. I asked for the slip again. Nothing. After 10 emails back and forth requesting the slip, she said it was sent. Nothing. I asked her to send again to 2 different email addresses. She replied again saying it was resent. Still nothing. Apparently I cannot return without the slip because they don’t enclose anything (invoice, etc) with the package at delivery. THIS IS A DELIBERATE SCAM. I have reported to the BBB.
Worst Customers service ever
Unfortunately that was the most terrible experience I had to shop online, i thought the treatment would be prefect specially when it comes from a reputable company such as lasenza, however, i have been following up with them for more than a week to get my tracking information for my shipment and no response!
Dont bother - no clear return policy
Return portal does not work, email team is slow to respond and sends a return label to print that doesn't specify if its Royal Mail, Evri etc, as i don't think it is. I've also seen they charge 25 dollars return fee so defeats the point.

Time wasters. 40% off promotion that did not get taken off during check out. 8 emails and 3 days later, I got bored. Will never try and make a purchase from this time wasting company again.
There seemless underwear is not the same as they once were
Very very disappointed in the change of material in the seemless underwear. I have a pare I bought 5 years ago and they still look like they are mint condition. Material is still velvety soft and fitting to the body and DOSENT stretch through out the day when wearing. I have wasted money twice now thinking I was getting the good material they use to be, but it was still the new cheap material seemless underwear and they suck. With in 5 to 10 min of wearing they start to stretch out and then start moving around which is very uncomfortable when your having to reagust your underwear every 5 fricken min. Not sure why they switched materials but the new onse are too stretchy and by the end of the day they are stretched out in the crotch and butt area and ends up giving cammel toe through out the day. Total Waste of money and cheap material.

Joining everyone else in one star reviews. Worst buying experience of my life and poor quality items. Customer service rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Plus, took a significant amount of time to respond on live chat between each answer. Good luck if you shop with this company!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO LA SENZA EMAILS!!!! You will receive upto 5 emails a day, and when it comes to unsubscribing the process is terrible! It's been over 7 weeks since I complained and requested to un subscribe and I stilp receive all these spam emails.
Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails
The unsubscribe process for their marketing emails is terrible.
Customer services ask for full personal details - name, address,phone number, email - before they will consider unsubscribing you.
And even then they say it will take 6 weeks to remove you from their marketing lists...
Edit 10th Dec 23 - they're still sending the emails. I honestly do not get it. Do they really think that people will just sort of give in after a while and think 'oh well, I may as well order some stuff then' ?!

In the end I asked our email host to block anything with 'senza' from even being delivered.
APPALLING SERVICE AND QUALITY
Bought a bra and pantie set online, the bra fell apart the first time i tried to close it . I mailed the company looking for a replacement of my money back but received 2 emails requesting the same info which is in the email exchange or in their system - my name, address, email . It is clear no one wants to take responsibility to solve the issue … they just kick the can down the road. It is smaller than the bra that I usually used. I’ve brought two regular bra and one which is S,M,L size. Three of them are different sizes of the lower bust. I live in HK I don’t know why the tracking number they gave me I’ve only followed to 22/6 and link it’s not working I need to google other tracking website but I received it in 29/6. I also brought bra in Boux Avenue Which is more fit my body I’ve brought them when they have discount. It is my first time to shop in these two company, most bra in Boux Avenue are the soft cup.
Countless website errors, parcel never arrived
I used to shop here often. Recently they switched their providers and I have encountered multiple issues. My order NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking said the courier "could not find my address" therefore returned to sender. What? Why couldn't they email me or call me? Why ask for my contacts if they won't be used?
I live on a new estate and sometimes couriers struggle, but I've NEVER had someone just say "can't find it, I give up".
The website keeps getting bugs, errors and crashes. The currency is displayed in every way except the one I selected (GBP). The basket would randomly get deleted and I had to add items again. The customer service representatives are lovely, but they are given no power to do anything than to say "I'm sorry you're having troubles".
The discount codes work, then don't work at checkout, I bought the membership, and for my next order one week later it says the yearly membership expired.
