This is a real pet food shop with a website. It specialises in RAW feeding but supports other feeding regimes too and has bits and pieces of toys/beds etc. My dog likes the great range of frozen whole meats, minces, mixes, fish and different dried tripes.
It’s run by real people who are helpful and funny - take this weekend….I usually go to visit in person but my car broke down, so I tried to order online for localish delivery and was getting nowhere. I phoned them and we got cut off. They phoned me back, we couldn’t sort the problem. Then they phoned me back the next day to say ‘Quick, the website is working get your order in!’ and I made a mistake and they still were patient helpful and sorted me out. And they made me laugh and cheered me up :)
