This company has been ripping my partner off for about 10 years. Extortionately expensive, no sense of customer loyalty and a booking system which doesn’t even tell you what time your appointment is. Great!
To top it off, the customer service makes Carol Beer ( best known for ‘Computer Says No’) look polished and professional.
If you like being fleeced and not being appreciated, pay this mob a visit.

Paid just north of £3000 for my car. TOTAL ENGINE BREAKDOWN AFTER 3 MONTHS.

1 year mot 8 month warranty. Thought I was in goof hands with that. Must have had a dodgy MOT as first warning came across dash less than a few days in for tyre sensors.

Driving to holiday with my son in the car and lost all throttle. Unacceptable MOT Must of taken place.

I would just like to thank Damian, in reception, and the mechanics that worked on my Mini, after I caused a suspension problem. I am very grateful 👍 Excellent job 👍👍

Used them for an MOT. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was done on time and communications was excellent. I will be using them for my servicing too now.
