They sent dress after the promised and needed date. When dress arrived it was wrong color (theybsent green instead of blue) and the custom sizing was also wrong, like 10 inches too big on one of the dimensions. When informing customer service about being late, they said too bad, when informing them about wrong color they said we can only offer you to get 50% back. Theyre refusing to send return shipping label. This is the kind of companybthatbyoure always warned about.

Fantastic company can’t recommend enough. So quick to respond and very helpful. Couldn’t do enough for me but most of all the 2 flower girl dresses I bought were absolutely stunning and amazing quality. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely order again.

Talles a medida con 40 cm mas grandes, color equivocado, confección mediocre, y.. no puedo devolverlo porque " se supone" esta hecho a medida, envió eficiente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Custom sizes 40 cm larger, wrong color, mediocre workmanship, and... I can't return it because it is "supposed" to be custom made, shipped efficiently. I don't recommend it at all.

My sister was getting married and had all her bridesmaids purchase their own dress. Let me tell you... It is not easy finding a dress for a plus sized woman. Especially for a wedding. However, my sister recommended this website. Plus size woman also don't have too much confidence ordering clothes online. I decided to give it a chance and I am so glad I did. Not only was the material and color spot on- but it also fit me so well. I had a lot of people compliment me on my dress and I also felt good in it too! Thank you!

This company is a complete SCAM

Purchased a dress they sent wrong size & color said we chose wrong ( only one navy blue option not sure how WE messed up when they sent the wrong item)
They offered us a 25% TWENTY FIVE PERCENT refund on a 189$ dress. Do not trust the website reviews my mother is out 200$ now.

This company is a scam! I ordered some bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, unfortunately some of them did not fit so I asked to return them to get a different size and they refused to refund me!! I paid £270 for all the dresses and they said they would refund me 20% meaning I would be down by £200. I was going to buy further dresses from this sight but the refund policy is a joke.

The dress I received was not going to work for my occasion. Carefully read the return policy, because it is very expensive to mail it back to China and you are in charge of return postage. And they won’t give full amount, so it would be as if I still spent the money if I returned.

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from Lavetir for a friend's wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. When I got the dress it fit perfectly. I didn’t have to wait very long for it to arrive in the mail and I’d even asked for a few modifications. I’ve recommended the site to a few of my friends getting married this year already!

The dress fit very well for buying online. It was perfect for my daughter's wedding. If I ever need another formal gown I will not hesitate to purchase it.

The quality of the dress is top, I have no words to describe how good the dress is and for the price of it is definitely a bargain. Quick response also from the supplier, very very impressed definitely be shopping here again 🤗

Experienced really great service with Lavetir. Dresses arrived exactly as described/photographed and were soft and well made. The dresses took around 3 weeks to arrive which felt timely. Lavetir also reached out to me to check my wedding date to ensure the dresses would arrive when I needed them, so a very thoughtful customer service experience too.

I absolutely love the bridesmaid dress! The fabric is gorgeous, and the color (lavender) was exactly what I was hoping for. If fits perfectly around the waist, and the length was just right.
My only issue was with the top - it was a bit tight around the bust area. I had to adjust it a little bit, but nothing too crazy. I you're bigger-chested, maybe go up a size or two. Other than that, It's a stunning dress and I felt amazing in it.

I ordered and paid 4 x different Bridesmaid dresses. I was contacted and asked if they could send only two. I said that's fine I'll try them on and let them know how I get on.

After two weeks the 2 x dresses finally arrived. I contacted them and advise which dress I would keep and which I would send back.

I was then advised of the 30-50% fee for restocking on top of paying for the postage.

I have no issue paying for the postage I think that is fair, however, this restocking fee is OUTRAGEOUS.

Essentially I ended up paying £50 to return a £100 dress that they can resell for full price.

I will not be using this company again.

Update 1 month after return: Return was posted as per their advise and never made it through customs. I put the address and everything as per instruction. Guess I will be recieving no refund whatsoever.

The dress was gorgeous and fit perfectly. I’m so excited to be able to wear it for my friends wedding!

Really informative and plenty of options to choose from regarding the dresses. I love that they have an option to put your own measurements! Everything runs true to size and fits beautifully

Writing this because they are such a bad company that they don’t post your reviews on their website. I Ordered a dress in rust color and it came in as a scarlet red color. When trying to return they are requiring a 35% restocking fee and also want us to pay to ship it back to China. They also said that a “small color change” is expected. But the dress that was delivered was not even CLOSE to the picture on the website. Avoid this company at all costs - terrible dresses and even worse customer service. Never heard of a dress company that won’t give you a full refund when they send you the wrong order.

Order my regular dress size, yet still had to have it altered. Dress is too big at the top. Shipping wasn’t the best but at the end of the day it worked out.
