My dress was here on time and ordering was easy

Do not buy from this company they are crooks I purchased 2 dresses 350.00 I asked before i purchased these dresses is there a restocking fee I was told no as long as I send it back before 30 days I said ok and purchased these dresses. When I received them they are not true to size I was told to get a 24 im a 16 in pants 2x in tops so I purchased these dresses 24 did not fit I ordered peacock color it was green. On top of all this I was told now I have to pay shipping called for a quote 189.00 to ship it back and there’s a 30% restocking fee so I would have gotten 245.00 -189 I get a whopping 56.00 back…..like I said crooks. Oh and they also charge you 6.89 for easy return this means nothing………..if you want to throw money in the wind and support crooks then go ahead purchase from this company. I will post this on all media.

DO NOT buy Lavetir! The dress I paid $125 for didn't fit and I asked to return it. They have ridiculous restocking fees and the return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. (According to UPS, shipping would've cost me about $300 overseas). So it left me no choice but to accept their offer of a partial refund and I keep the dress. I was just credited $18 back to my credit card. I did read the reviews on their company website and felt confident buying from them. But, now I cannot find anywhere to leave a review on their website. Shame on me for not reading the fine print regarding the return policy, but shame on them from scamming their consumers.

**UPDATE**
Through email this company got back to me and offered me a full refund, if I removed the above negative review. I do have the email/screenshots of their their "offer" as proof. I will not be accepting the refund and this review will stay. Now I understand why it was so hard to find a negative review on this company before I purchased the dress, they pay to have them removed.

The dress is of good quality and arrived on time. The colour was amazing! It needed some alterations because it was a little big on me. Otherwise everyhting was as expected, especially for this price. Definitely recommend!

When I was looking for a dress for my son's wedding, I came across an ad for Lavetir. From the first time I emailed to ask questions to the day I recieved the dress, the customer service was amazing! They were were always quick to respond and super friendly. They made sure my dress met my expectations and that I was happy. I was concerned shipping would take too long to get to me in the US but they assured me that it would arrive as promised. Shipping was expedited and I recieved the dress in plenty of time. The quality and craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations! The fit was true to my measurements and looked stunning. I felt truly beautiful and elegant. I would absolutely recommend Lavetir to anyone looking for a special occasion dress!

Awful company! Bridesmaid dress I ordered arrived damaged, they refuse to refund me the full amount. They are charging me a 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost to return. I have opened a chargeback claim because this is unacceptable customer service. Do not buy from this company because if you want to return, they make it extremely difficult and try to coerce you to keep the item.

The dress was fantastic. It fit perfectly and looked stunning. Although it took a bit longer to arrive than we expected, the quality and overall look made it worth to wait. We’re really happy with the purchase and would definitely order again!

The dress arrived in time. It looked like the picture and was beautiful. I ordered custom fit and sent precise measurements. The dress fit great from the waist down. The top, however, was so big that I could have placed two mid-sized watermelons in there. It was an absurdly large size. Luckily, a seamstress was able to remove some material and make it work.

I had such a great experience ordering my dress from this website. It made it very clear which size I needed and the color I loved. The quality is amazing and it looks just as beautiful in reality as it did on the site. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend it.

This is awful! What a nightmare. They take 24 hours to email back!! They make your life miserable if you want to return the dress. Next, they ask you to mail back to CHINA!! Please NEVER NEVER use this company. This is such a nightmare. You can find better companies ut there.

Do NOT USE this company!! I ordered my dress size according to measurement guide. I am large busted but the top was HUGE. There is no way to get in contact with customer service. I have submitted the form and sent emails with no reply. Phone number I found online is invalid. I paid for the "worry free Insurance" which is also useless.

I oohed and aahed when I received the beautiful Mother of the Bride pantsuit. It is superbly made, sewed and designed. I'll be so proud walking granddaughter down the aisle. Can something be perfect? Lavetir did it! Thank you.

ThIs Company is a complete waste of time, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their refund policy is a joke. Their sizing is also not true to sizing for UK sizing. They also ask you to lie true costing of dresses to Customs to avoid paying duty & being held when returning items making it difficult to return items

This company is a scam. Their product isn't the worst, but their "return policy" is a joke. They don't accept returns. If you want to return a product, you have to mail it back to China on your dime and pay a 20% restocking fee. I was dumb enough to do that and now my package is "stuck in customs" (probably because they're not a legit address) and not only am I out the cost of the dress, I am also out the $30 I paid trying to ship it back to China. Shame on them. DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP COMPANY.

Terrible made dressed, looks cheap. They fail to tell you that if you return you have to send at your expense to China and also a restocking fee. They offered a credit of 25% if I kept the dressed. It was costly for the shipping so I opted for the 25% back on my purchase. They never credited my 25%. AVOID this company

The dress was not good quality. The fit was "off." To return it, you have to ship to CHINA and they charge a restocking fee between 25-50% that they arbitrarily choose. Avoid this company at all costs. Tell your friends to avoid them. There are so many other reputable companies that do not charge restocking fees and have free or modest shipping to return an item. This company is secretive and once you buy the dress, they basically make it financially unattractive to return it.

The size guide isn't in line with UK sizes, so 4 out of 6 dresses didn't even come close to fitting. Then after being advised I'd receive a fraction of my money back they returned even less! Absolutely disgusting return service, I still marked the amount for their customs too because you risk loosing more if their lost. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Return policies are just horrible. Dresses are not to size, and they want a 25% restocking fee. Plus shipping back to China.

Lavetir offers an easy shopping experience, and measurements match well to make ordering simple. The beautiful garment was made right away and shipped with care. I will shop here again.

Don't buy from here as sizes are wrong! Massively wrong! Not just to 'their'standards and take 30% to 'restock'.
