Loved the dress. So gorgeous. Got so many compliments!

The dress was beautiful and it arrived quickly. It is well made and true to size. I received many compliments.

I ordered a customized bridesmaid dress and it exceeded all my expectations! The fabric and color is beautiful. And the fit is accurate to the measurements I provided.

The dress arrived more quickly than I anticipated.it was as expected and the sizing was spot on. There was some concern about the construction of the dress. The chest area made it look like one side was pointing up and one side was pointing down but it was easy to alter to fix. I did not have to reach out to customer service so I cannot speak to that other than to say the email updates were helpful and timely.

I loved my dress. The pictures and the customer reviews really made it easy for me to find my dress very last minute. I appreciate how there were many options and styles and the filter system is top notch.

Prompt delivery. Sizing was accurate. Was comfortable to wear, the lace was not scratchy like some dresses lace. The length was long and needed altering but that is usually the case for short people. I got lots of compliments about the dress.

The company answered any concerned emails I sent in a timely manner, I was able to order a dress that fit perfect. I had so many compliments on my mother of the bride dress.

For a bridesmaids dress I was panicking trying to find and buy a couple weeks before the wedding, this came in on time and fit perfectly allowing me to zip it up without any complications. (Which I tend to have with plus size dresses) I just only had to get the hem and off shoulder straps personally tailored but overall, I’m satisfied with the dress.

The actual dress was beautiful just took a minute to process to get the dressed shipped even reached out to make sure I was still going to receive it in time.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! ! The worst company every. I would never in a life time order from this site again. Absolute scammers!!! I ordered 2 dresses one came damaged and they claimed that wasn't down to them and offered me 30% Off another. I obviously fell for it I even paid extra for expedite delivery. The order came a whole week later than the scheduled time frame, where the dress was no longer required. I asked for a return label, only to be told I would need to pay to ship it and back and I would only get back a small percentage of what I paid!!! Sorry but what non sense is this pls???? Never have I encountered such behaviour. If you know what best for you look else where because this site is not it, I've lost nearly £200 to these people. Very sad, but we live and we learn!

My experience was amazing! First of all, this company ships in a very nice amount of time and they’re very great with communication! Once I received the dress, I was absolutely stunned! From the quality to how well it fit, it was all just amazing! I’m so happy with my choice of company and dress that I chose to buy from for my senior prom! If I attend any future formal events, I will be buying from here again!

At first I was scared to order from a website that wasn’t know I thought ok let’s try it out and so glad I did the dress was amazing so beautiful exactly how described and even better and the sizing right on will be ordering from this company again

Customer service is maddeningly ineffective. Items did not ship in time. ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED! Vendor would not cancel the order or refund my $350+. I was robbed.

The dress was beautiful and was so comfortable to wear. I felt so confident and secure in the dress.

The dress is beautiful. The custom fit was mostly nice, but it was a little short from shoulders to waist. I had to stretch the netting a bit to make it fit my long torso. Otherwise, it was perfect and well-made. Perhaps, the company could add a required measurement for women with long torsoes.

I was very skeptical, but very excited when I received my dress…WOW! It was just as it looked online! The material was high quality and absolutely beautiful!

I bought this dress for my schools prom, and it was honestly everything I wanted! The dress wasn’t uncomfortable at all, and was true to size. I didn’t have any trouble dancing, sitting, or anything related! I would definitely recommend buying this dress! Not to mention the shipping was fast, and came a month before my prom. Lavetir’s customer service is amazing!! Will definitely be buying more dresses from here!

If I could give a negative one, I would! I cancelled my order immediately because it would not arrive in time (even though when I ordered it said it would) this was over a month ago. They still have not refunded my money and are rude in correspondence. Clearly a language barrier. I will have to seek legal advice to get my money back! It’s crazy! Do NOT order from this company!
