There is an offer in their website BUT when you come to the boutique, the women lady there says that the offer does not longer apply.
It has been three weeks and the offer is still in their website.

That’s actually illegal in Denmark!!

Der er et tilbud på deres hjemmeside, MEN når man kommer i butikken så siger damen at de har glemt at opdatere hjemmesiden og tilbuddet gælder ikke længere. To uger senere er tilbuddet stadig på hjemmesiden. Det er faktisk ulovligt!!

Having once again experienced very poor customer service (or complete lack of) at Rekord Rens Frederiksberg Alle, we have now decided to completely stop using Rekord Rens. The last issue was their ability to completely dismiss the fact that they had made a mistake and totally ruined an expensive skirt. Instead of being humble and trying to understand the issue and the fact THEY have made a mistake, they deny any wrongdoing and refer you to the tribunal. This behaviour (which has repeated itself) and attitude has completely put us off using Rekord Rens and we will become customers elsewhere. We hope fellow customers will not experience the same.

I'm a long-time user of this dry-cleaner. After turning up several places and being disapointed with the service and prices this place turned out to be good. I've searched for a good dry cleaner ever since i came to Denmark and after using these guys for over a year I can really recommend them.
