Love.

Love.. love…love the quality. I have only ever ordered from Christmas selection but it never disappoints. Fantastic and delivery is quick. It’s definitely my go to when ordering Christmas decorations.

I cannot recommend Layered Lounge…

I cannot recommend Layered Lounge enough. I’d been searching for the perfect floor lamp and finally found one here.

Firstly the lamp is beyond beautiful and completely took me by surprise, the size, the quality, it’s much better than I could of pictured. Plus they gave me 20% off my first order so what’s not like about that!!

When the lamp arrived (the base and lampshade were sent in separate boxes) the lampshade was unfortunately damaged. I called and spoke to the ladies in the shop and they couldn’t of done more to help.

The replacement lampshade arrived (literally the next day) in one piece with no dents or creases so thank you so so much. Amazing service.

I just wanted to say thank you again I’m beyond grateful for all your help, assistance and efficiency on how your business rectified a problem.

I look forward to dealing with you again and will definitely be buying from you again in the not to distant future, especially with Christmas around the corner.

So happy with my order!

ORDER #47160 I ordered some really beautiful Christmas garlands, a wreath, lights, as well as some seasonal decor bits… and layered Lounge didn’t disappoint! All the items were well made, stylish and most importantly STUNNING! I contacted the company via email to ask for an expected delivery date, their response was quick and helpful. All items arrived in perfect condition within the 4 working days delivery slot as promised. I was so happy with the quality and service that I have already placed another order. An easy recommend for anyone looking for something a little special for their home. Thankyou again 👍🏻

Order no: #43675. Order processed 13 Aug. Informed the company of their mistake the day after receiving it.
I ordered 5 items in the sale. Two items were incorrect when they arrived. I emailed the company twice to request a postage paid return label as the mistake was theirs only to be sent two generic emails back. I have now sent the items back at my own cost and now they are back at full price so if I want to order them again, it will cost me more money. Terrible customer service and a bad way to run a company. It is only when something goes wrong with an order that bad customer service comes to light. Ultimately, I would like the return postage refunded, the faux clam shell refunded but not replaced and the modern brass lantern replaced with the modern black lantern that I had ordered.

Lovely products but too much packaging!!!

Good products and arrived quickly and in perfect condition, but I have deducted one star due to the unnecessary copious amounts of packaging. There were 5 huge boxes and reams and reams of packing paper, the actual items fit into one box after unpacking and we now have to go to the tip to dispose of the cardboard and paper as not even half of it will fit in our recycling bin! I appreciate the fragile items were packed so well in order to avoid damage in transit but I am sure this could have been reduced somewhat. Doesn't feel as personal as some of the other smaller interiors companies I use, but despite this I would definitely order again as the products are lovely.... Many thanks.

Hello, we are sincerely sorry that you are disappointed with our packaging. We have made a huge effort to replace any non recycling or non sustainable material with more eco-friendly packaging. All of our packaging is now 100% recyclable. Unfortunately with fragile items it is very difficult because drivers can sometimes be so reluctant to handle them well so we do perhaps overdo the packaging. We will look into this matter to see how we can improve further.

Diffusers

For my latest purchase from LL I was able to contact them and have direct and honest support in making the correct choice for my needs.
I can honestly say it’s like calling up a friend and asking for advice. LL are not only professional but very personable who are genuinely interested in supplying the best product to their customers.
I will be back !

Faulty goods and difficulties getting a refund

The product I received was of poor quality . The flowers heads were falling off even in the box when they arrived . This would surely have been noticeable when the order was packed. I attempted to contact the company on the number provided on the return form but without success. I therefore had to email them to ask for a full refund to include my return posting cost . The company then arranged a return postage label but deducted initial cost of postage which is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 . I was therefore further inconvenienced to request a further refund to cover my full costs. One is entitled to expect a business selling online should be familiar with basic Consumers Rights and should not make its customers have to chase for the money they are entitled to .

WRONG AND DAMAGED ITEM SENT -ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received my order yesterday, one item was broken and another is completely different to the item I ordered. I have emailed three times and telephoned three times - zero response other than automated email acknowledging they’ve received my message.
I will happily return the items but most certainly not at my cost although how I arrange this without paying is something of a mystery as they do not respond despite their claim to deal with queries within a few hours! I will certainly not be using this company again and will need to contact my bank in the event they continue to ignore me.

I gather we refunded you immediately for the broken items and arranged a collection for incorrect item you received. Poor quality

I bought some “large” brass bells and was disappointed as they were only about 5” tall and quite roughly made with lumps and bumps all over them and a thick seam down the back - even in the sale definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful products delivered with amazing customer service.

Beautiful items and amazing customer service. My first time using Layered Lounge - the order arrived promptly and I was extremely happy with the quality of my items. However one of the battery candles I ordered had a loose connection. I emailed the customer service team and within 45 minutes I had a response. They were quick, friendly and offered to send me a replacement right away. 24 hours later I have received the replacement. I will be recommending this company to anyone looking for homeware.

FANTASTIC service from beginning to end

I’ve never used this company before and was a bit dubious to do so…..BUT not anymore…..EXTREMELY HELPFUL customer service kept me informed regarding my order ….FAST and PROMPT delivery just less than 48hours …. Won’t be placing another order

Recent order arrived and was defective.

I messaged and did get speedy replies but was offered a measly 5% discount (this was all they could do as the item was already in the sale).
I was told all other of the same item in the warehouse were also imperfect. My other option was to return the item free of charge for a refund but this was not the quality I expected, especially for the price! This has completely put me off ordering from them again.
