Purchased items for a present two items were missing from the parcel after contacting Layered Lounge on several occasions they eventually sorted the matter out but I will say the products were as described and my friend was very pleased with them

Paid for returns even if mistake is on their side
Be aware that even if THEY made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, YOU'll be the one to pay for postage back. Just poor customer service and definitely something they can improve

We have only just started an account with trust pilot and hence had not seen this review previously but almost 2 years on and with 2 warehouses in Buckinghamshire and a wonderful team of staff we assure you we are NOT a scam company. We aim to resolve 100% of issues so I do hope that your parcel did arrive in the end and despite much elevated volumes now we have a track record of orders to be sent within 2-3 working days. Our larger customer services team are also now on hand to help resolve any issues asap.

Bought really different and classy Christmas decorations. Arrived promptly and items are great. Even received a free sackcloth bag for life, handy for storing my decorations. Saw their items in Country Homes magazine.

2020 Christmas decorations that arrived!!
I ordered some Christmas decorations on the 1st of November. They arrived a few days later. There was a problem with one item and a replacement was dispatched that day and arrived the next. I ordered Christmas decorations around the same time from 5 companies, 4 of whom I’d dealt with before - Layered Lounge is the only one that has managed to get my delivery to me! I look forward to purchasing from them again!
