New business startup
I have recently launched my own photography company and needed to invest in the correct equipment. Upon visiting the Colchester store, Alex made me feel welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions and requests to look at various camera models and test them out. I ended up leaving with a great startup Canon R10 along with appropriate SD card, protective lens cover and an additional 85mm lens at a very good price! I am very impressed with the service I received and I will be returning in the future. Thank you so much to Alex and the team!

Exactly what you would expect and hope for.
Prompt delivery, well packed and contain what I had ordered. All that you would expect and hope for.
Delivery was by DPD. You are required to be in to receive the package. First go failed as we were in the garden and did not hear the bell. Second go the next day was fine - and DPD's communications were good.
