Bridge camera replacement
Went to LCE in Gosforth when my camera needed replacing.
Richie found me exactly what I wanted and I ordered from the Colchester shop.
Nikon P150 arrived very well packaged, with everything in the original box, including CDs, books and cables.
Fast and efficient, friendly service at a good price.

Wrong item
Item that was delivered was intended for another customer and my order was sent somewhere else a simple labeling error,so by the time I get my LCE order I will have spent three days waiting forthe DPD van, not sure what you can do to improve this part of the process but it puts me off using LCE again.

Fujifilm Photo Walk
I recently went on a Fujifilm photo walk organised by the Colchester store with one person from Fujifilm (Aran) there on the day allowing us to test out and play with different cameras & lenses. The whole afternoon was well organised, productive and a lot of fun! We were a small group but received plenty of time and attention from the experts throughout. James from the store was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the event. I would highly recommend anyone to try out any future walks!
I have also visited the store on a few occasions and received prompt help regarding my camera queries and no problems with purchases, even when shopping online.
I cannot recommend LCE enough!
