Couldn't recommend enough; camera was very well packed, exactly as described in great condition, ordered at ~12pm on Friday and arrived exactly on time on Monday (DPD courier said they would arrive between 12:55pm-1:55pm and they arrived at 1pm exactly). Thank you :)

Amazing customer service.
I have used LCE a couple of times. Most recently i purchased a used Canon R6 from them.
The camera was just as described and worked wonderfully until the sensor developed an issue that made it almost unusable.
I emailed them explaining the issue and Lauren was more than happy to help, after an inspection and some questions they sent it off to Canon for repairs under their used goods warranty.
Turning an extremely stressful situation into the feeling that i picked the right choice by going with them again.
Will definitely be using them in future.

Quick delivery but
Quick delivery and item ( used Billingham bag ) is in good condition.
I can’t recall the description stating that there was no internal dividers which are usually included as standard or I might have had second thoughts.
So pleased with the bag but disappointed I’ll have to now purchase replacement dividers.

Perfect Purchase Experience Throughout
Everyone at LCE Colchester was so helpful with helping me with the change from DSLR to mirrorless.
Being able to actually pick up and try cameras in the real world is so underrated these days of internet purchases. The staff let me try out a camera just outside of the shop where there was plenty of different subjects to test it on and really get the feel of it.
I would recommend LCE Colchester to anyone looking to purchase anything camera related as their knowledge and stock range is fantastic. Again, being able to see and feel these items in person makes it so much easier to be sure you are making the right decision.
I am also pleased to say that the camera I Purchased (Nikon Z5ii) has already exceeded my expectations.
