LCE always hold a wide range of Quality new and Used Photographic equipment and their website is very intuitive and easy to access. Any queries are quickly answered by very knowledgeable Staff and purchasing transactions are very straightforward.

2nd hand lens arrived swiftly in the condition as described at a good price. What’s not to like.

Easy ordering and extremely quick delivery

I couldn't really be happier. I located an item that I thought would do me just fine. I spoke to Pete in Exeter who couldn't have been more helpful and I then placed my order. The item was dispatched the same day and I took delivery the next. I've since played with my purchase and I'm very happy with it.

I purchased a pre-owner Sony FE 70-300 lens, originally my intention was to collect in person when that was not possible the team were super helpful and arranged for it to be delivered. It seems like a small thing but in a world of dwindling customer relations, this is the key differentiator that will keep me coming back.

Camera arrived quickly, well packed and in excellent condition

I’d been looking for a specific camera as Recommended by someone in the Oxford store. One came up online and I spoke to the Exeter store who were also brilliant and ordered and got sent for next day delivery. Great advice and service

From ordering through to delivery my experience was very good. Initially I ordered the incorrect option but following an e mail this was corrected and the correct option was delivered.

Always excellent service and prompt delivery, from the company in general, and the Exeter branch in particular. Olympus camera batteries on this occasion. I have recommended the LCE to friends, who have also commented favourably on their experience.

As a novice to DSLR photography, I went to LCE in Exeter in the hope that someone could advise me on an appropriate used camera and lenses for wildlife photography at a budget that worked for me.

Dave could not have been more helpful. He gave me some great advice and suggested a Nikon D3200 which at £199 was a fantastic start up camera. Dave showed me some pictures he had taken with his own camera using a variety of lenses so I could choose a lense that worked for me. He sourced a used lense from another branch. I bought the camera and only after, I checked online reviews which absolutely echoed Dave's advice.
Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely be returning as I build my camera equipment. A fantastic service. Thanks Dave 😊
