Excellent customer service with warranty claim
A used Canon lens I bought from them in May developed a fault, the staff were very helpful, the lens was not repairable and LCE refunded the money under the 6 month warranty. I was able to find a suitable replacement which they had in stock, they seem to have a very good stock of high quality used items.

Fantastic service. i bought the OM3 Camera i had 2 days to register it for 5 Warranty didn't know if i would get camera in time so they emailed me receipt and serial number so i could register it in time.I will be shopping with them again.

I had to call because, some how, I had messed up the system. Now while I acknowledge my part in the problems I had their system is not the best to order from hence the lost point. 5* for the team though. I would recommend London Camera Exchange - Exeter all day long. Thanks guys
