Great comms, quick delivery, safely packed and in excellent condition.

The system of asking for a unique link to buy an item may seem long winded and perhaps awkward. However I placed my order just before midnight and had my link sent and purchased my item just after midnight, which shows the dedication of the team at LCE Gloucester.

The item was better than I imagined and well packed and delivered on time.

I normally use my local store in Taunton and previously the Guildford store. I have always found a group of dedicated enthusiasts willing to share and pass on knowledge and advice.

And I have no reservations of using LCE again in the near future.

Simon and his colleagues were extremely helpful today as alongside showing me the right lens to buy for my camera, they also ran me through the specific elements and settings within my camera which I was completely unaware of. They go over and above what is necessary and you will not find this elsewhere. I would definitely recommend them because today they were a life saver as I am not the most knowledgable with cameras! am definitely going to use them again.

Best price for my lens - cheaper than Amazon, even, and arrived just as fast, post-free if I recall. Pleased to be able to support a proper shop at no extra cost!

Please do not get your courier to deliver ALL items without being able to arrange a drop off at neighbours or arrange where to leave it.
My items were approx 20cm long and approx £20 value yet they would not post it through my door.

Faultless purchase from first click, great service and communication. camera lens agreed with description on line.

Took my mum's old family picture in a while back - was really damaged - creases, tears etc. Thought maybe it could be copied and cropped to just the good bits. Simon worked magic on it and somehow filled in sections which were missing, erased marks and made it just like new. And he seemed to really care about getting it as good as it could be - he showed real pride in his work. What a gem he is. And when my mum saw it - well it made an old lady very happy. This should be a key offer - I bet people don;t know you can do this.
