I was given a good valuation for my drone then sent it down from Newcastle to find out they had given me the wrong quote. After an increase in the valuation I accepted it.very fast turnaround. I am happy with the deal not checked out my scope yet though. I would just like to add that the Newcastle branch went above and beyond customs service even though they made nothing from the deal even offered to meet me to give me my item . All in all really great company to deal with. Well done all!

I purchased a RF35mm lense from Newcastle branch and I live in northampton. From the purchase to receiving my lense everything was smooth. I was kept updated from goods leaving the store to DPD receiving the goods and then a time it would be with me which was the next day before 1pm. No faults and a great company

I spotted a vintage Olympus lens on the web site and within two days I was out taking photographs with it.
Exactly as described it it in great condition and I’m looking forward to seeing the results of its first outing when the film is processed.

2nd hand / used parts index was easy to use, price was great value, after ordering receipt was 5 mins. To confirm order, 48 hrs later came through door. Well packaged to prevent damage, goods were in near perfect condition as expected.

Buying a used lens (fujinon 55-200mm) was very straightforward and quick, with friendly staff on the phone. Condition of the lens is very good, unmarked. Well packaged & delivered by courrier.

I was in the market for a high end heavy duty tripod and found a nice used Gitzo 5541LS on London Camera Exchange at their Newcastle shop.
I asked some questions prior to buying as I needed some information about the product and they got straight back to me and answered all my questions.
I could tell from the emails they were genuinely interested in helping guide me with my purchase.
Once they had answered all my questions I had no hesitation making the purchase and the tripod was packaged and sent next day, I live in Folkestone so was really surprised at how quickly they sent it and all I can say is what a purchase. The tripod is every bit as described. Such a nice easy transaction with really helpful staff.
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending LCE, it makes owning top quality gear affordable, owning a Gitzo was something I could only ever dream of but LCE have such an extensive range of good quality used products I have been able to afford my dream tripod at a really good price.

Products as advertised, it was a shame you use DPD. Delivery was a nightmare - this was reported and now rectified with LCE staff.
