Customer service was brilliant. I requested a link to buy which I received within the next 30 minutes, I called the store and asked for more information re condition which they were really helpful with and then I ordered the item at 0938am and had it in my hands at 0830am the next day! It’s in better condition than described and there are no complaints here.

Super helpful and quick responses to a query about suitability of a lens from David at the Norwich store. As promised next day delivery of the lens ordered online which was extremely securely packed and sent by DPD. Unfortunately we had a minor issue which was resolved extremely quickly and pleasantly with a replacement sorted by the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from LCE again.

I has been after this particular camera for some time from a number of suppliers. I ordered this when I saw the branch had started its January sale early on Saturday 23rd of December, It arrived on Thursday 28th which is phenomenal with a Sunday and two bank holidays in between, thank you.

There was an issue with my camera not saving my camera settings so I sent it back,it's now been resolved so they are sending it back to me after a factory reset. The staff have been very helpful .

Suggestion - Could a collect from store option be added to web site, I live in Norwich but could not get to store on day of purchase and package travelled over 200 miles to do 5. Not good for environment.

I purchased a second hand camera and part exchanged my old camera for a great discount. I phoned the store and discussed the camera specs and supplied accessories and they arranged collection of my old camera and once valued supplied a link to purchase the new camera which was delivered on a day convenient for me. The supplied camera was very packaged.

Having reclaimed my Canon Eos, ‘borrowed’ by my nephew 8 year’s ago, I decided to take it into the Norwich shop to see whether it needed a service.
Every member of staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
They had a good look at the camera and felt that it didn’t require anything doing to it. I purchased a new CF card (which my nephew had somehow ‘lost’), and they very kindly formatted it for me and reviewed all the settings with me.
I have never been here before, but what a wonderful advert for what professional service is all about.
