Camera received in great condition with everything working correctly. I would have liked the advert to contain better photos (ironic!) and description as distance buying is a bit of a gamble, however I have bought from LCE before and Itrust their knowledge and quality control procedures.

Having purchased a considerable number of secondhand cameras from LCE, I have come to anticipate a certain level of both packaging and product. However, on this occasion, out of the box, the Canon 1D mk4 was considerably dirty inside the mirror and pentaprism. There was a huge piece of debris apparent through the eye piece and the mirror was covered in specks, and hair. Of course, this is old technology, but it would be nice to ensure that the older kit is sent out as clean as a fine brush and compressed air will allow.

Outstanding Customer Service

Just purchased a used Nikon D5. Made a phone call to the branch and they emailed over additional pictures and fully understood my requirements. Email link sent over and I paid online, unit arrived next working day.

Used DSLR camera purchase online from Norwich branch. Appears to be in good condition and works as described by the branch. A few minor marks but it was purchased in the full knowledge it is an old model and very inexpensive. Something to use and see if I can get used to a simple digital camera and that I will not worry about if it gets knocked around.

Spoke with Norwich branch regarding a camera bag (which was only in stock in Worcestershire). Agreed I would order on line, with an option to return to Norwich should it not be suitable - this was ordered as a gift to our Son who lives in Somerset so was ordered with fingers crossed! Thankfully, Mum did good and no return was necessary, but staff were very understanding of the situation and helpful.

Wanted a small everyday carry with the mft mount . Everywhere was either sold out or was overly priced . London camera exchange was excellent . Had just what I was looking for after I purchased kept me upto date with emails and tracking . Great service
