You got off to a bad start
You got off to a bad start, having debited my account for a camera that you had run out of stock then failed to credit my account. After this was a rapid improvement which rescued the situation. You answered my emails and phone call quickly. An ex-demo camera was found and dispatched and arrived the next day. I have rated you 5 star because customer experience is not so much about getting things right first time but how well you deal with things when they go wrong.

I ordered my Sony camera from you guys and it was the fastest I have received any order I have ever placed. This company will now be the only place I go to get my equipment and cameras in the future should I want to upgrade. The website is easy to navigate and everything was done with ease.

Good people to deal with
Item I bought was as described, if not better. Tom at Portsmouth shop was brilliant as we're others. Delivery was prompt and on time. Lce have sold me lots of items and I can honestly say they have all been spit on. Only quibble is same items vary in price shop by shop despite being the same.
