London Camera Exchange - Strand Reviews 

I am not a professional photographer but wanted to look at upping my game on the amateur photography. I wanted a new lens for my camera as the kit lens that came with it isn't great.

As I am just starting out I've no idea what's what and wanted to see touch and feel the lens and get an idea of what photos it takes.

Because of the vast used stock and the highly, highly knowledgeable staff I was able to do exactly this - "try on" a used lens, take a couple of photos with it, the staff member helped me with the settings on the camera and understanding of angles/distance and showed me how to take some better photos with the same lens. I was sold straight away.

Next time I want a lens, I know exactly where to come. Massive thanks to the highly knowledgeable
staff at the Strand branch.

Item (Godox V1s ) in stock on internet but cannot be collected from London shop.

Not the service level they usually provide and I have spent almost £6000 with them in the last couple of years!

Lens was in really good condition, though the lens box was fine it arrived in a box that looked like it's been tossed a bit, they add adequate air packets though.

Andy and Tracy were delightful and provided excellent service. They were most accommodating despite availability delays and dealing from outside the UK.
I will be back again for sure.

The team at Southampton High St branch are extremely helpful and friendly and greet you each time like a long lost friend. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are purchasing the right equipment for your needs and they are all extremely knowledgeable about all makes of cameras and gear as well stuff made 50 years + ago !… would not go anywhere else for advice or sourcing stuff and their delivery service is excellent.
