Customer service
I ordered my camera on the first day of the week and it was processed the same day. It was sent out for delivery the very next day. The customer service team were very helpful and empathetic with queries and help and a human answered instead of a robot, which is very nice. I also did email them and they emailed very quickly maybe an hour later. Great service !

Really good service in the shop and delivery was efficient
First I went into the shop where they let me see and try the cam I was after, then I ordered it online as online it came in a bundle with a case (and an SD card). Love the case as it is made for the cam, perfect size. The cam itself is replacing my old Kodak digicam, unfortunately the old one fell and broke; it took amazing photos and so far I have not seen the same quality with the new cam. Will tinker with the settings but it's probably the best it will get, I will keep it and it does do the job :-)
