Excellent service regarding selecting ordering and delivery of new camera as well part exchange on my old one. Good competitive prices on both and quick delivery as will as daily emails keeping me informed on the progress. The Strand branch we also very good and helpful. I certainly recommend them and use in the future.

Great customer service, i phoned requesting a certain camera to be advised they were on long term delay due to unforeseen circumstances and that the product only comes in only very occassionally. Later that day the same person from the london branch returned my cal to say they had had a delivery and they were showing in stock and he got this arranged for delivery next day. Thank you!

Great communication from Luke, lens in great condition and send to my home address with no aggro. Slight confusion about whether lens was box but quickly resolved.

As ever the advice and patience shown by LCE was very helpful in enabling me to buy a camera and lens suitable for low light images. Securing on line was very easy and the camera was held for me in the shop ( in the end for several weeks) until I could arrive and choose a lens.

Great lens I got of you and fair price ,but to be fair when I ordered it ,it was showing as in stock but after I paid £400 deposit I got a email saying it was out of stock and hoping to get more in around 3 week time? I was hoping to get lens for a Avent but sadly missed it ..maybe you could improve on your sales?

Andy was great in assisting me with my queries about a new lens. As a result of his help I was able to order the lens and received it the very next day!

My local LCE is based in Derby where I went in for a Godox flash trigger, they explained they don’t stock them, but located one on their website, I took the details with me till I was ready to order. I ordered late Friday night from LCE in the Strand arrived the following Tuesday morning in very good condition and well packaged. I would not go anywhere else until I checked LCE out first.

Bought a pair of used Leica Ultravid binoculars off website. Tried them once the were delivered and couldn't get used to them, contacted the store (Andy Cook at Strand) who was very helpful and confirmed that I could just drop them off at my local store in Newcastle rather than having to send them back.
I dropped them in, they were sent back to the store and the refund was processed within a day. All very hassle-free and professional.
