Fast helpful service, as per usual with LCE

This camera was a gift to my husband. It arrived in plenty of time and was nicely packaged. My husband has found the camera easy to use and we have had some beautiful pictures of our local wildlife.

The staff at the shop were really helpful. However, delivery was poor. The delivery company gave me a delivery window, I stayed in and they did not arrive. I then got an email saying they had missed me. I was in a room overlooking the drive during the delivery window and they did not come. Staff from the shop chased this up and the company admitted they had not tried to deliver and did so the next day. Another day of staying at home waiting.

I ordered some used binoculars, from which I expected more performance. They were correctly described, just not ideal for me.
These were returned and I was refunded immediately.

The helpful and informative phone conversation re the secondhand lens I was considering gave me sufficient confidence to purchase the lens. The actual purchase/ordering process was both straightforward and efficient with the lens arriving the following day, too early, the delivery guy got me out of bed!

I just missed out on a bargain sale price camera body but it was partly down to crossed wires. LCE kindly honoured the lower price, tracking down a body for me and dealing with the sale quickly, efficiently and courteously, even though they had to process the sale in a different-to-usual way. The product arrived a day or two later, well packaged and presented. First-class service and I'd definitely buy again from this team.
