A passionate about landscape photographer has recently taken up street photography. Josh - Joined LCE in 2015 and loves producing excellent still life images. Alfred – Has been with LCE since 2019 and has a keen interest in both wildlife & people photography, he also enjoys shooting on film. I bought a dji RS4 Mini and because of my cameras weight it was not balancing properly and i call them the next morning to return the product but they said only 80% will be returned because i unboxed the product.

This is the a quote from the T&C'S page on our website "A deduction can be made from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced." also "Digital products and cameras must be returned with the manufacturer's seal on software intact."
The product description on our website for the DJI RS4 mini states that the max payload weight for that product is 2kg.
