I saw the lens advertised and ordered it, the lens was in better condition than advertised, arrived on time and in good condition. Sadly the lens didn't live up to my hopes, so called the guys at Worcester, they could not have been more helpful in me returning the lens or the help given when ordering the lens.

Excellent service. I bought a secondhand Nikon D90 and lens from LCE Worcester and both perfect items and very good delivery.

Came in to generally ask about cameras (as a novice at photography), and to see what options are available and would suit my needs. George (Worcester branch) was very helpful and spoke with me at length for the time I was in the store, taking me few a variety of lens and camera body recommendations, and generally provided great insight at various technical levels. Ended up purchasing a used (however very good condition) Sony A6400, with another lens, for what seems to be a perfectly reasonable price from what I've seen online. He also threw in the camera bag I was looking at for free (used, only £5, but perfectly good condition and suitable for my needs).

Again, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, making time to give advice and options.

I was so nervous purchasing online for a camera just due to the demand of digital cameras in 2025 and the amount of scams that are happening. I initially checked Trustpilot which put my mind at ease due to the many 5* reviews. I then called the store and spoke with a lovely employee Derek who talked me through the Product, when I could expect this to be sent out and delivered. He also explained that he’d put this to one side for me whilst I completed the online purchase to ensure that no one else bought it in the meantime. The camera arrived within 48 hours of purchasing and was in immaculate condition just as described. It came with a box and charger as well. Thank you for you help!

I purchased a Fuji XH2 body from LCE and chose them over a competitor due to the rudeness when I went in to view the camera. I dealt with Alex at the branch and it was all done remotely- excellent level of service and honest straightforward advice -Would highly recommend them for future buyers as the sales process was so smooth. Camera arrived DPD next day and was exactly if not better then described.
