The items looked completely different to what was advertised. I contacted customer services to explain this and show photos of the advert and what arrived. They disagreed. Please see the photos to decide for yourself.

I have not yet received my item despite paying for next day delivery, I have filled in the contact form and had no reply and phone number constantly engaged. Hoping item will be received shortly and if company reading this then please can you contact me thank you

Purchased a 'plus size' bodystocking and the fit is brilliant; great to see someone providing items for us curvier ladies. The service was brilliant and highly recommend this site. Will be ordering some items in the future.

I was looking for a sexy gift for my other half and found this site after some searching. A great variety of outfits to choose and all looked classy compared to some of the tacky rubbish on other sites. Site was easy to use and goods delivered on time. And, wow, they lived up to expectations :-)

Absolutely brilliant customer care. I ordered two items within an hour of each other but still two separate transactions and although they arrived in two separate packages they refunded me the postage of one and I was emailed from Andrew Brown to say that a refund was taking place.
Brilliant communication and very pleased with the products ordered.
I have used Le-Beau in the past and will absolutely use them again and recommend to friends!

Second time ordering from Le-Beau 2nd time problems with products being inferior and second time having to constantly try to get refund, emailed several times no reply finally got through on the number on website which only seems to connect at creation times spoke to agent and he said oh yes I see you order due for a refund I will sort it four weeks later nothing!! Use sparkling Strawberry instead excellent which I will from now on.

I have ordered a few times from this company & often get a call to discuss my order to make sure I have sizing correct & that the order is to my requirements (ordering for my wife I sometimes need a little help!).
Great company, service & delivery times. Well recommended.

The item I purchased from you arrived today which I think is amazingly good since I only ordered it last week and I am still waiting for some purchases from other online stores I placed about 3 weeks ago. The item fits well and I know I will wear it a lot as it is very versatile. I can only say, that shopping at Le-Beau.co.uk is pure pleasure! Being Scandinavian I feel, that the the prompt attention to my order where absolutely first-class, the goods turned up quickly in spite of shipping outside the UK and finally I was informed about the shipment all the time.
The only complaint is that the goods where shipped in an envelope, which does not cost some 18 pounds sterling as charged for a parcel!!
Le-Beau could do better when it comes to increasing their overseas sale and I think they should consider their charges for parcels/letters in the future. Their web shop page cannot handle letters.!

spoilt for choice on this site which means i tend to spend longer than i should browsing, but im VERY happy with the bodystockings we received.

Perfect products and service once again from le-beau, i have been using them since 2008 and never had a problem, everything is delivered earlier than expected and the price is always by far the best. VERY pleased as always, i will be back soon for the wife's Christmas lingerie.

Bought lingerie set. Quite fast delivery without any problems.
Size didn`t match, quality - soso.... I decided to return it back to shop. So I did. No money refund and no reply for my 2 e-mails I sent to le-beau. As well nobody answered for my phone calls. Very disappointed and wouldn`t recommend it!!!

I've actually ordered bout 4 or 5 times from lebeau n every time the items arrive quicker than I expect. No complaints from me!! ;)

I've shopped at them all but this is the best. The peephole Vinyl teddy was an absolute winner. Made my figure look amazing, was an absolute pleasure to wear and boosted my confidence no end.

Did not receive the item i paid for and on several occasions i emailed via the website but never got any response. Would never purchase anything from this website again.

The items where delivered in a timely manner, they came in just 3 days which is what i paid for, the items themselves were good quality, however i cannot speak on the longevity of their products as I have only used them a few times as I have not had them long, so far so good though.
