Awful.
Paid for next day delivery, as needed novelty bits for a 40th bday party.
No delivery was made so I emailed the store to explain why I needed the order cancelled and refunded - no response at all.

Then randomly, several WEEKS later, a parcel arrived.

Thanks guys, waste of time and money and to top it off the vibrating bit of one of the items didnt even work!

Total amateur hour. Stick to stacking shelves in Tesco because running a shop isn't your forte.

Never received my items, after several attempts to contact you with no reply I feel let down and ripped off.

The worst company ever. I order something what they said is next day delivery!! Surprise Surprise !! Was arrived in 15 days😡😡. I try to contact customer service , no respond. So , for me , i am done with them . Never again.

I ordered a package on June 3rd. No tracking number was given. I emailed on the 9th asking for this tracking number so I could try to be home for delivery. No response. I emailed again on the 10th. No response. I emailed again on the 19th. Now a tracking number arrives in my email - but yes, very conveniently just when it is too late to realistically reschedule a package and Royal Mail sends it back to sender!

I have emailed again a couple of times to try to get this matter solved. No response. No effort to resend, refund or even reply. So now this company took my money and they get their fully unopened package back, ready to send to another customer for profit! Win-win for sexsuperstore.co.uk.

I do not say this lightly - if this was a high street transaction or an online marketplace, one would call it what the evidence suggests it is - a opportunistic scam.

Order hasn’t arrived after 1 week and no tracking number supplied, sent 2 emails and have had no response

Faulty product have to send it back such a hassle to print of labels to return
