Staff are sup rude
I returned an item to them as I didn’t need it or want it and thought I had taken it off my cart and it looked like it had already been opened, I get an email saying they can’t accept the return for a refund because it had been worn! I haven't even gone near it as I saw the seal was broken they said I can either have it sent back to me or they can destroy it at their facility. They were not very helpful and other emails they were rude and unprofessional will not be ordering from them again. Also their return policy is a bit weird, to send stuff back including clothing they have to be unopened and not worn, howveer how do you except your customers to know if their item is gonna fit unless they can try it on. Rediculious

Absolutly shocking service. Advertise next day delivery before a certain time. Message them "its not left yet" no apology with customers paying £8.99 for delivery. So so unprofesional. An absolute waste of time, Better service from the more known brands.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, your order was delayed due to an out of stock item. We emailed you immediately to inform you of the missing item but based on our communication with you, it appears this went into your junk.
When an item goes out of stock, we like to inform our customers right away, so they can either proceed with a partial order (waiting for the missing item to be shipped, or cancelling it), wait for the entire order to be in stock and shipped togehter, or cancel the order, to be placed at a later date.
It's unfortunate that our email landed in your junk, this as you will know is totally out of our control. Due to our strict discretion policy, this is the only form of outbound communication we use.
There was also futher confusion, as during our email communication the missing out was re-stocked from our supplier and our warehouse despatched the items.
We offered to upgrade your delivery to a premium weekened service, which you declined as the goods were needed on a certain day. We then refunded your order in full.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. You chose Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked, I can see your order was attempted to be delivered on 04 March, but you were not available. Your order was placed on Saturday 25th February and shipped at 09:36 on Monday 27th February. We state on our website that 2nd class could take 3-5 days to be delivered.
This means your order was with you within the estimated time frame stated on our website (on the product page, our delivery estimator and our shipping policy page).
We also offer other delivery services such as DPD for speedy delivery for when you’re in a rush :)
