MJ is really good at what he does. He certainly sold us on a system. Shane, the tech that did the installation follow up was TOP NOTCH!! He really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied as well as comfortably informed. He was professional, knowledgeable as well as personable! Thank you Shane. Gilbert can use a course in Customer Relations. He was really rude on the phone.

Joshua was amazing , he did a fantastic job setting everything up and he is very professional and explained everything perfectly.

Our salesperson Angie C. was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She took her time explaining every detail, from testing our water and all the way to explaining how the LWSTO and the Reverse-Osmosis drinking water system functions. She also explained what is involved with the installation of both. We were very pleased!
Our installation technician, Jason C., was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, also. He wasn't in any hurry to leave until the job was done right. He explained how to work the LWSTO to both of us and when he left, he cleaned up his debris around the LWSTO and the Reverse-Osmosis faucet like he was never here. We couldn't have been happier with Jason C..

They were quick and professional while also very friendly. This install looks and functions the way you would expect. I had very little disruption to my day based on the work they did.

Technician was on time. Very nice and clean workmanship. As an aircraft technician, it's easy to spot the good from the not so good. Shawn Powers is a professional in workmanship, knowledge, and dressed accordingly.

Steve was very professional and informative. He explained everything to me and it was easy to understand.

The installer was excellent, thoroughly explaining the system to me. I am extremely pleased with the service and the product's performance so far.

The system was installed in August of 2023. The installer had to dig down to fit the tanks in the crawl space, just inside the crawl space door. The pile of dirt, sand and broken bricks was left on top the moisture barrier for me to remove. He was told by the salesperson there was electric under the house but it was simply the light socket. My system is plugged into this socket, leaving me with no light under the house. The system seems to have reached the end of its optimal performance. Over the past few months I've noticed hard water scale has returned to the shower head, toilets and in the coffee maker. A system that cost nearly $5000.00 should last longer than two years.

We had systems installed about eight months and water quality has been up and down. We wanted the water tested and had a technician come out to test the water but he could not get over how hard the water was and adjusted the system to reduce the hardness. I was given terrible advice to change my hot water tank anode and this made the water smelly so I had to remove the anode again to eliminate the problem. Since doing that he indicated that he would return to check again and readjust but never followed through. The system uses a tremendous amount of salt now, which we do not know if this is still necessary. We are still trying to have the RO water checked but cannot get a response from them. This is terrible customer service the least they could do is follow up their promises.

The Salesman made promises he could not deliver, specifically the required electrical connection. The Installation Tech advised " this is not part of our SCOPE of work", as a consumer, if I had known this I would not have moved forward and looked for other options, as a senior citizen, I feel I was taken advantage of. I would not recommend this,

Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and very professional. They took the time to address any and all concerns that I had. That in turn, made this whole experience very easy. Thanks!

Thanks Guy's....Just wanted to reach out and leave a little review in regard to the great experience I had with the Leaf Home Water Solution group here in Las Vegas. Really want to thank Josh for working with me as I had kind of a difficult situation and they figured it out, where other companies I had out here couldn't seem to get it figured out. Josh, both you and Alex were awesome to work with and Alex did an absolutely great job redoing all the connections and putting the new system in for me.
It all works great.. Special Thanks for that little faucet Alex put in on the side area of the tanks for me so I could have soft water to wash my motorcycles and cars with. Once again, I really want to thank you guys for a great & awesome job. I really appreciate it and thanks for the extras....

The salesperson made promises about what would be installed at my residence. After installing the system did not work as promised. One person from the company came out and stated it was not done correctly and another water company said the same.
After the initial visit and although I was promised someone higher in the company would be in touch to discuss how to resolve the issue I have heard nothing from this company and they have refused to return multiple calls to them regarding the issue. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Both the consultation process and the installation process were great. Our consultant was thorough and answered all questions! Destin, our installer was professional and courteous. Love the fact that there is a lifetime warranty on their products :)

I am writing a review soley based of my experience, The salespersons that came to my house had no itemized prices for each equipment but was quick to quote a $10k price, when ask to see and itemized list (to guarantee data) they couldn't provide it. Insisted on installing next day to lock in quoted price (commercial equipment). Then the installation went horrible the technical didn't install properly, I had a burst pipe overnight until mid-morning. They waived the fee of $250 for the plumbing but felt more should have be deducted. Although the tech was a decent person overall this left a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company. I was left with a higher water bill & light bill since I needed to run a fan in a room that had water damage. Leaf Filter didn't take any accountability; I contacted my salesperson and never received any further feedback on submitting a claim for the damages.

The Tech Spencer was very nice, did a good job with the install. Made sure we was happy with the install before leaving.

You sent an experienced installer that knew what he was doing. Did a wonderful job his name is Shawn Power, I would recommend him for the job.
