Given lots of advice from a very knowledgable , polite , young man . However , there was to be a follow up email from him to confirm our conversation . Still waiting , hence only 4 stars .

Terrible service from the advisor I spoke with. She was very hard to understand abrupt and rude. She would not let me speak. I tried to but she said 'have you finished '! The whole conversation was very rushed. She was impatient. Very unhelpful.
The advice she gave was as if reading from a script. Copilot was more helpful.
I was very disappointed with the advisor. I won't be using this service again.

The adviser, Armani, was very helpful, and gave great advice, signposting that there are financial organisations that I can contact, and that I can book another appointment with the Leasehold Advisory Service.

This advisor was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I consulted with the leasehold advisor before and never had such a bad experience. She behaved like someone who does not like her job. She just limited herself to read the articles of the BSA 2022 and dismissed my questions like I was bothering her.
