Alright experience, wouldn't use again. Emailed the person dealing with my account when ever I wanted to make changes and they wouldn't do it. I had to contact them a second and third time. Also the changes weren't exactly as what I had specified in my request. There also was 0 confirmation email when the changes happen, I would have to check a few times to see if it happened.
Images are extremely poor quality on the website. I would direct anyone who contacted me to my Kijiji add for better photos.
I didn't sell the car through the website.
If I had better customer service, they would get another star.
If the images were higher resolution, they would get another star.
If I had sold the car with this site, they would get another star.

the amount of traffic on leasebusters site is amazing, I posted my car and I was in a position to choose from so many interested parties.

This was my first time using Lease…
This was my first time using Lease Busters. Three years after leasing my 2015 Honda CRV I was way over the kilometres. I had moved so it was a longer commute to work. At this rate, once the lease was over in two years I would have to pay at least $2k back to the dealer since I was now over the kilometres. I wanted to buy a vehicle instead
I signed up with Lease Busters. I received a phone call from my leasing specialist Mauricio. He set up the ad for me. Mauricio had warned me about getting calls from dealerships. Sure enough, I got dealerships calling me wanting me to pay them $3k so that they could take over the lease, ridiculous! Six weeks later, I had two people who are interested and one of them took over the vehicle within a week.
Transferring the lease usually cost $1k. When i contacted Mauricio he gave me a contact at Acura Sherway & i paid $500 for the lease transfer.
I’m glad I found Lease Busters & I would definitely recommend them !

Excellent experience with lease busters. I was able to find someone to take over my lease within 3 weeks. Staff was very helpful along the way, they went above and beyond and were very friendly.

My lease payments were bi-weekly
My lease payments were bi-weekly, but were put on the ad for my vehicle as a monthly payment. It was explained to me that it had to be done that way. I had someone contact me, very interested in my vehicle. We set about the transfer paperwork, he had all of the financing in place. He drove from Nova Scotia to Prince Edward Island to get my vehicle. He sat down with the dealership finance guy, and when he realized the discrepancy in the payment amount, he backed out. In the meantime, I had turned down another offer. I know I was supposed to look over the ad to make sure all was correct, however, had the payment been clearly listed as xxx number of dollars bi-weekly, I doubt that this would have happened.
