Ok, I had a hiccup with an item ordered over the last few weeks however, credit where credit is due. Yesterday when the company realised the issue it was sorted out expediently and I received the item within 24 hours. They reacted swiftly and positively to rectify the problem....WELL DONE!!!
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their goods!

Payed £136 for a leather dress Mar 19,
Despite numerous emails I have neither my dress or a refund! It's now April 20th!
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE!
YOU WILL END UP GETTING TOTALLY RIPPED OFF, BE WARNED!!!!!

The product was bought for a shoot, and the quality and price were excellent, but when I contacted them asking for a vat receipt, I had no reply.
Then the next week I emailed again, and again no answer.
I then called, and after a couple of attempts I spoke to someone, who apologised and promised to send me a VAT receipt that day. But it still didn’t arrive.
I’ve called every day (sometimes twice a day), but they just don’t answer their phone.
If you charge VAT you are legally obliged to provide a VAT receipt.
I was promised an email receipt, and I'm still waiting.

Excellent company to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I have ordered several items which I am more than happy with. My latest item is a special made to measure coat of a design which I provided pics and a detailed description of how I wished the item to look. The coat when it arrived is fantastic, absolutely wonderful and fits like a glove. My wife is due to order a made to measure catsuit in a month.
Could not be happier with this company A+++......10/10.

we are customers of leatherotics for years now and have done several orders so far. First thing to mention is, that the quality of their products is very high and the cost are on the lower end. The second important thing is that sizes are matching very well as described, so usually we do not have to return anything. I just remember one exception with a 'Deluxe Men's Vintage Gold Blazer'. This piece was a bit too small on the upper arms and made some extreme movements difficult for me, but even this I kept at the end.
And last thing: Their shipping was always on time!
I only have two wishes:
First I would like to see more new products and second I hope that the possible Brexit this year will not interrupt their business inside EU or make it more expensive.

Great quality and range at reasonable prices

Just received the second Steampunk style jacket I've ordered from leatherotics and I would like everyone to know that I couldn't be any happier. Both order have been made to measure & delivered much quicker than I could have expected and also the quality of work in these garments is of the highest standard. I will definitely be ordering more items from them as soon as funds are available to me. I really can't recommend this company highly enough. I'd like to add that shipping method used was also really prompt.

Placed an order it arrived in less than a week

Over a space of 9 weeks I ordered two items ar different times . But took 3 weeks to arrive and I did a lot of chasing about trying to find out when my item were arriving . The second item I sent 5 emails and got two replies and the second was ordered via Amazon which gave me a delivery date which came and went . When it went I called leatherotics and they said it would arrive in 48 hours (which it did not ) it took 5 more days from the original deliver date ( 3 weeks in total ) .
Now I really like there items and quality but there service was rubbish an delivery not good . So if you ordered from them give yourself a big time scale of 3-6weeks not ( the 5-10 days) the website says .

Item arrived in time but it has a manufacturing error. It reeks. There is a weed urine stench on it. I contacted the company, they don't return my messages. They don't respond to my return request. I wrote a negative review on their website and they don't publish it either. No response at all.

I placed two orders recently, the goods arrived quickly and efficiently within 48 hours of placing the order, the leather is beautifully soft and well crafted, very good quality products. I've ordered 8 items so far and all produced to a high quality.

Many thanks to Humma, who's mobile number is now published on the Contact Us page, who went the extra mile to dispatch goods ordered first thing Friday by Royal Mail Special Delivery for the Saturday, having missed the standard dispatch window.

I recently bought a scooter and was looking for the right leather catsuit to wear when riding about on it. However, most of my Google search returned cheap PVC catsuits that were unsuitable, or real leather that were expensive but unstylish.

Then I came across Leatherotics and immediately fell in love. I looked at the shipping information and was delighted to see that most products were in stock with delivery within 3 days. I bought a catsuit straight away and excitedly waited.

After a week, nothing arrived so I called the number on the website but the phone kept ringing before eventually going to voicemail. I left half a dozen messages on the phone and via email but received no response. Eventually, I decided to use the contact us form on the website and received an email from Maria with her mobile number.

I placed the order on 12 June and just received my order today, over two months! However, having realised the issues I had with my order when the first catsuit was lost in the post, Leatherotics should be credited for ensuring customer satisfaction as not having a second catsuit in stock to send in my size, they sent another for sizing purposes before custom making one for me from scratch as a sign of goodwill and not charging an extra penny.

Having arrived, the leather is beyond beautiful and very soft. It's definitely better than the pictures on the website. Leatherotics might not have achieved their delivery time frame but they definitely succeeded in building back my customer trust. Due to this, I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again but perhaps I'll order way in advance to ensure I get the products in time! 😉

Having read the reviews on Trustpilot about the terrible customer service, I am inclined to agree but Maria is the exception. She was absolutely wonderful and very patient in resolving my customer issue, and should definitely be given a pay rise because from the reviews, her name keeps appearing as if she's the only one on the customer service team looking after the reputation of the company.

On a final note, if the quality of my catsuit is anything to go by, Leatherotics has great products. However, the company could take heed of reviews by being more connected with its customer service team, working on improving its communication with customers, and providing a phone number that works. Also, perhaps it could employ more dedicated people like Maria who she could train to support her? At the moment, there are some negative reviews which are putting off potential customers from making a purchase, which could easily be solved by taking action on the identified issues.

So I found this site accidently - was looking for a steam punk jacket for my wedding.

I had been panicking because it was getting late in the day and I still hadn't decided what I would wear.

I ordered and followed up with a txt. They were super responsive and posted the jacket right away. I would say it was extremely good value for money. Everyone loved my outfit for the wedding (steampunk jacket +top hat).
Would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a jacket and unfortunately it didn’t arrive in the ordered size. But Maria from costumer service really helped me out even outside working hours. She was easy reachable and SO friendly. She saved my day cause I needed the jacket before a specific date.
Also in the refund matter Maria helped out.
