I ordered leather corset, i absolutely love it! Leather is so soft and🤗 its a bit of a chalange to get gribs off metal stud fastening, but when its on looks extremely sexy😍

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve encountered. My initial contact was to request express shipping - this email was answered almost immediately. Since I made an additional payment, I have had no response to numerous emails, phone calls, and even as a last resort, Instagram comments.

I received an automated email to say my order had shipped, but my requests for shipping/tracking information have been ignored. My order has failed to arrive by the ‘guaranteed’ delivery date, for which I paid a substantially higher rate.

It would appear that the second this company has your money, it does not care. I have no doubt that the items are of reasonable quality, which is how they have a high rating here, but if you require any kind of assistance or even an ounce of customer support, do not hold your breath!

Whilst this company refuses to acknowledge it did anything wrong, I would like to add the following:

I was told I was purchasing GUARANTEED delivery. This was not the case. They purchased UPS Standard delivery which only offers an expected delivery date, not guaranteed.

The company claims it refunded my postage. It didn’t. The additional payment I made didn’t actually go through because they provided me with incorrect payment details.

After making the payment, the company ignored all of my calls and texts, UNTIL I posted this review, then they were magically available to respond.

Following my items arrival, I was TOLD by this company to remove my review. Not asked, told. When I refused, they attempted, unsuccessfully, to have it taken down.

The correspondence I received from ‘Ash’ was rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. He told me he didn’t care what I had to say. He also advised that he had blocked ‘lots’ of customers from eBay, (which should give an indication of how many disputed/unhappy customers are out there). You don’t need to worry about blocking me Ash, I won’t be using your company again, and I would advise anyone else considering it not to.

At no point have I said I was ‘pleased’ with the quality of the item, nor have I been offered a refund or refused to send the item back. However, I wouldn’t do so as I do not trust this company to actually refund my money, frankly I would rather throw it in the trash and move on.

Whilst they say the tracking information was updated on ‘the web’, they have been unable or unwilling to state exactly where. I do not have an account to log into, so did not receive any such information, despite requesting it.

I really wish I could share the entire email string so that all could see how truly abysmal this company is to deal with.

COVID 19 and lockdowns have been challenging for all of us and especially for businesses. We experienced an issue with our order and subsequently had some communication challenges through phones and email. As soon as the issue was identified Leatherotics quickly stepped up to solve the problems and deliver an excellent product and customer experience. No fuss, no issues, just solid service in difficult circumstances. Will definitely be using them again for our next custom work.

We purchased a made to measure coat for our wedding from Leatherotics. Nothing was too much trouble, it's been brilliantly made, delivered on time, better than we hoped for. Can't recommend them enough.

I love the corset I've bought, and the shipment and delivery were really fast for pandemic + blackfriday times between the UK and the EU (9 days in total). The only counterpoint is that the costumer service is slightly incohesive. Sometimes they help you greatly (plus they are very polite), but sometimes they mislead you (in my case I was lead to believe, that the shipment is conducted by DHL, so I wasn't able to track my package for a while, before I was told again that the delivery is actually by Royal Mail), plus it's hard to reach them by phone.

I'd never heard of Leatherotics until I got an email through from them the other day highlighting a sale they had on. I thought this was another one of those circulars but the email was tailored to me and offered some fantastic items at really good discounts. I'd been looking for a made to measure men's suit for a while and the price they had on offer was hands-down the best I'd seen (beating places like Regulation by hundreds of pounds for the item I wanted). The process for ordering was quick, easy and detailed, ordering the item online and providing bespoke measurements to their friendly contact team by email. The guys on the customer service desk always replied promptly by email and the item, which arrived well promptly and well under the estimated 10-14 working days, is clearly built by a team that know what they're doing. I can't fault the team at Leatherotics and will definitely be buying from them again. Cheers guys :)

Ordered a satin brocade corset via ebay. Very nicely made,proper spiral steel bones rather than plastic and fits well even before wearing in. Not one of those cheap shapeless efforts, but a corset an experienced wearer would be happy with.
Doesnt have big hip gussets, but perfect for a non-curvacious figure.

We have purchased many items over this company over the span of maybe ten years. Everything from hoods to dresses and a couple of catsuits. Always incredible quality except for maybe the zips (had a couple fail over that time). Shipping can be a little on the slow side sometimes but items have always arrived. Had sizing issue with one catsuit which was promptly rectified.

Order A Cosset and was getting concerned after a time over Delivery time....

I ordered my wife a pair of leather shorts for holiday.We were a little confused on the sizing also emailed to seek advice.We received a speedy reply with instructions on how to measure up.I ordered the shorts using a discount code from the website.The shorts are excellent quality,fit is perfect and my wife looks stunning in them,she wore them on holiday and they definitely get people heads turning.We would recommend Leatherotics due to their wide range of clothing and the great service they offer.

This is simply the best company you could go to to get top quality leather designs. Both the quality and the cost are unbelievable and the service is second to none. Over the years we’ve bought skirts, corsets, shorts, shirts, jackets, dresses, some made to measure and even 2 pairs of leather chaps that have been worn in all weathers riding the highways of almost every State in America and apart, from looking really sharp, they are so well made that they are the most practical biker gear you could wish for. Maria is so helpful and dispatch is always prompt and discreet if you have any worries about ordering something kinky rather than any of the great designs they have for everyday-wear, work or play. Go to Harrods’s and you would be paying ten times the price for anything you could get here! Very Good and accurate overall sizing models also. This companies leather products are really very well made from the finest leather. You will not be disappointed.My wife loves wearing their products because they make her look and feel special.....what more could we ask for. We recently ordered a beautiful pair of their black leather shorts, which through no fault of the staff at Leatherotics, was delayed in its delivery due to a hiccup by the post office. Maria at Leatherotics wasted no time in sorting out the issue promptly and professionally to our total satisfaction and the shorts were delivered to us in no time at all. We have ordered eight items in total from this company in the past and have never had a delivery issue before. These things happen sometimes......and like most reasonable people we understand that sometimes even the wonderful staff at Leatherotics can't work miracles......but they certainly do do their best. What more can you ask for.....Thank you Leatherotics.

I bought 2 custom made leather corsets, both are excelent quality, I'm very satisfied with and the price was also very good! All other clothes that we have from Leatherotics is perfect, sizes fits very well! I realy recomended Leatherotics.

Absolutely love these guys, bought a delicious hood, I thought that one was amazing, I damaged it, so decided to buy another whilst they repaired the first, which was a relief they could, the second was even better, they excelled! The quality of the leather is exquisite. Incredibly helpful, first class with advice with sizes and made to measure queries. No hesitation to continue to purchase their products. A must for any leather lover, you most certainly won't be disappointed!!! I definitely can vouch for that first hand!

First time using this company, three reason I chose it.
(1) I can get a leather item made to measure (I am a 24/26,most leather companies refuse to believe anyone over a size 16 can wear leather)
(2) the price is AMAZING! and for that price it was worth a risk.
(3) several people I know had got items from the company and all were very happy.

I ordered a pair of leather shorts, made to measure and posted was only £88 pounds.
Within two days I was sent an email with a request to send my measurements and instructions on how to do this along with a form to fill in those details and a diagram showing you were on your body each measurement was.
I must say they were very thorough and I was very impressed.
For some you may need a friends help but for my item I was able to do it all myself.
I sent it back filled in and received an email to confirm they got it.. Two days later I got an email saying it was ready to ship and 6 days after ordering my item was posted and I received it two days after that.
Quite frankly I was amazed at the quality and craftmenship of my shorts the leather was beautiful, so soft, but not thin and cheap. the whole thing was beautifully lined even the pockets and it fit like a glove!
To say I am over joyed is an understatement I have already ordered my next item and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival.
I have found their customer service to be excellent and responsive to emails and messages via their site.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone especially those who maybe fall outside the "normal" range of sizes or shapes.. Thank you, a very, Very happy customer

I placed an order online earlier this week. The website is clear and laid out so that what i wanted was easy to find. Once i placed my order, i was kept informed of the delivery progress through email updates. I called leatherotics and spoke to a lady who even helpfully arranged my delivery to arrive earlier than planned. To sum up i had a great customer service experience.
