Warning! Leavy is not an ethical and reliable company!

We put our apartment on let at Leavy.
If you are an owner of an apartment to let we advise you to avoid this company.
When we got it back:
The TV was broken.
The fridge was not working properly any longer (broken freezer door).
The bed cover was damaged and it had been replaced by a cheap one.
The bed quilt had been cut up.
The iron was burned and unusable.
We also discovered that the washing machine and drying machine had been used as a laundry facility for other flats.
The oven was disgusting and so was the kitchen extractor hood.
2 electrical wall plugs had been destroyed with apparent cables which was somewhat dangerous.
We also discovered by discussing that there had been a water flood with a lot of water on the floor without having reported it to us or any insurance.
Despite our calls also including the co-founder Yassine the damages have not been repaired or compensated. Nobody is answering any calls any longer.
So we really advise you to avoid this company.

Horrible company & ethics especially…

Horrible company & ethics especially hosts ie homeowners need to stay away. They break their promise (“ie guaranteed rent”) and contract. I was lucky enough to escape them and find a proper tenant just before Covid broke down. Also William (Berry) there perhaps the worst relationship manager I have seen who was rude from Day-1. Very unfortunate for consumers but unfortunately such companies in the travel sector are not well regulated. Check Airbnb community for other similar reviews and cases on Leavy and do stay away from them.

I have just come back from a two month…

I have just come back from a two month holiday. When Leavy approached me to take care of my home, I was very nervous to say the least. Leaving your home(no matter how big or small) in someone else's hands is quite hard. Despite doing some research on the company and speaking to a few people who had used the company before, I was still a little apprehensive.
Speaking to the friendly and helpful staff at Leavy did put my my somewhat to rest(but if I'm honest, not completely)
Now, back in my home, I have to say I completely recommend using Leavy.
I had two phone calls while I was away with very minor things that had gone wrong, but were almost immediately rectified.
Upon returning to my flat there were a few tiny things I wasn't happy with, to put that in context one of the things was that there were a few broken glasses left in my cupboard(I totally didn't mind the broken glasses, but was disappointed they were left in the cupboard, I thought the cleaner should have picked this up) also, I don't think my coffee machine was cleaned the whole time I was away. And a few other small things like this, however these things were very minor and far outweighed by the fact my mortgage was covered while I was away.
So a big Thank you to all at Leavy, and in particular to Sarah for answering all my questions, and constantly putting my mind at rest.
Would I use them again???

Great incentive to travel more !

Leavy have been super organised in my experience. The extra income is a perfect incentive to travel more, and it's exciting to see a community being generated. Go Leavy!

Excellent experience

I used to Leavy to rent out my flat whilst I was away and it was a great experience. They took care of everything, were always prompt to reply to my queries and when I came home the flat was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Flawless experience

Absolutely loved our experience with Leavy. The process of leaving our flat with them was really easy and pain free, the payment was very quick and we found our flat cleaner than what we left it. Will definitely use them again!

Leavy provides a real quality service…

Leavy provides a real quality service for those who cannot spend time for overseeing renting their place. The procedure is clear and simple, the follow up is swift and the contact is very friendly, I could even ask them to pick up an item from my place and deliver somewhere during my absence. At the end of the contract, I could only be thankful for their amazing work and team. Strongly recommended!

Would highly recommend this service to…

Would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a guaranteed income from their property without too much hassle! Have tried using Airbnb in the past and was a bit disappointed with the difficulty in finding quality guests and effort needed to obtain good reviews. I also couldn't meet guests because of my work so Leavy was really a great solution.

Great

I left my apartment in Camden for 2 weeks and Leavy team honestly did a great job. Everything was where I left it and the flat was very clean when I returned. The communication was always okay and all my questions were answered promptly. I’ll be using Leavy again next time I go on holiday for sure.
