I purchased a couple of their software products. They worked fine and I was very pleased. Then they sent an update which would "improve" my experience. Unfortunately their idea of improving the experience and mine are very different. The file conversion software that worked so well previously no longer works.
I have contacted the company twice through their contact page on the website and they haven't even had the decency to contact me back.
Never again.

DVD copy and burn Absolutely useless on my iMac with Mojave.

Copies to temporary files, then displays a pop-up message saying "Error code 4082.

1. Drive not closed; 2. No disc; 3. Disc is not writable. Please try again later!"

If I then eject the original from the disc drive in order to put the target disc in the copy screen goes blank.

If I then try the Burn DVD function using the copied files the same error message is displayed.

Leawo will not burn to the Apple SuperDrive.

I tried contacting Support, but have had no response.

Money paid for totally useless application.

I bought Leawo Blu Ray Creator Software for my MacBook Pro.
The dvd burn fails each time- I have tried several times.
The first attempts took 12 hours and then failed. The second and third attempts to burn a dvd both failed after several hours.
The seller refused to refund me- instead suggesting I download the "latest" version of the software- which Is the version I already have.

I actually had the best Customer Service experience I've ever had over Skype. I was incredibly surprised and grateful to the person on the other end who helped me through some troubleshooting very smoothly.

The 30 day money back guarantee is not honoured and deceiving in their advertising. The web page has false and deceiving information and you have to really do your homework to work out their refund policy which is not easily accessible on their website. Don't buy from this company or trust anything they say on their website. They are fraudulent!

I ordered a product from their website and was overcharged (price was $19.99USD but was charged $29.31CAD...well over the conversion), then had difficulty activating the software. Finally figured it out and it worked once, then stopped receiving audio input. The company is in China and the only method for contacting support was by Email. I asked for a refund because I quickly realized this company and product are not reputable, and was told that I needed to jump through hoops and try to reach them by Skype or Facebook messenger for technical support, neither of which I use, and they then requested I download Teamview and give them access to my computer, which I was not comfortable doing. I again requested a refund and they refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company

I absolutely love this program. I spent weeks trying EVERYTHING to convert my PPT to a video format I could upload to Vimeo and nothing worked - the timing of my presentation just kept getting messed up in the conversion. Five minutes after purchasing Leawo, I had my video in the bag. I am so relieved, and impressed. Best converter on the market - totally worth the money. Great interface and SUPER easy to use. Highly recommended.

Dishonest company, I would never buy a subscription for a blue ray disk ripper. Beware of this company, carefully check the conditions

I bought a copy of the Blu-ray copy program. I am paralyzed from the neck down but love to watch movies. I have software to help me do things other people do easily with a trackball or keyboard. I don't always have people to load my DVD player so I decided to try this program to eliminate that step. The program has worked perfectly every time from my DVD drive to my hard drive. If I select high resolution on the copy, Blu-ray discs take a long time but the quality is terrific when I play the movie back from the hard drive. I am very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use the software. I give it the absolute top rating!

At first I was having some trouble with their purchase page. Somewhat confusing as they show modules for their creator apps. It didn't seem like I was able to purchase just the modules I needed and wanted without having to purchase 6 other modules.
Eventually after several back and forth emails, I was shown how to work their purchase page and I ended up with what I needed. The mudule, Blu-ray Creator for Mac didn't work at first. I wasn't able to load enough video onto the 50GB discs I had and the menu page wasn't behaving properly when I inserted the burned disc into my player. Their rep didn't give up on me. She showed me in detail what I needed to do and after following her instructions, I was able to make everything work properly.

Also, I had initially purchased a group of modules by mistake. It seemed like I had to buy 7 modules instead of the one I wanted. Their confirmation email had 7 links to download every separate module and the same registration number for everything. Why not have just one link since downloading one module and activating the product automatically registered the other 6.
When I complained about this purchase page and having paid for modules I didn't want or need, I was given a refund and then was shown how to download only the modules I wanted. I was charged for both, but as promised, they refunded me for the first purchase. All this was done within a week. I applaud the company for their customer service. The other great thing was that the support ticket was handled by the same rep throughout, so there was never a need to re-explain everything.

I purchased one of their programs, trusting their "100% Money Back Guarantee". When the download link one of their resellers provided me was for different software, I asked for a refund, and they refused. How are they able to get away with this. Please stay away!

I have been a long time user of the Leawo Prof. Media Suite, and I wanted to take a moment to post a thank you to the Customer Service team that was so prompt in my request for assistance. Any time I have ever had a question, or inquiry about one of the products they have responded with the utmost expediency, and have addressed my issues almost as fast as my email client could refresh. That is very rare in the sea of software vendors, and it is this level of customer service that keeps me coming back to Leawo for updates, as well as trying out their new products.

I recommend the Leawo Prof. Media Suite to all of my friends for their media management needs, and I have yet to hear anyone say anything less than amazing things about the products they tried. They are dependable, constantly updated for the changing media formats, and continue to improve their software offerings on an expedited scale that leaves some other vendors far behind.

If you have experience with other media management suites, and encountered frustrations, I would strongly recommend giving the Leawo Prof. Media suite a serious try, you won't be sorry you did.

Dear friends, normally I do not dowload free software, because I believe what is free must be "cheap".
Recently I was watching BD movie on my regular player. The hardware did fail. Hmm, no problem I said lets watch it on PC. Then I found out my WinDVD 2010 Is missing on my computer. (You know no back up)
Well well, it is an easy fix, and I bought, downloaded installed, updated Corel WinDVD 12. Surprise - it did not work. Then in panic :) I did search Internet and I choosed to download free Leawo Blu-ray Player.
Wow, it did work 100% and it is 100% free.
So, now my default BD player on desktop is Leawo Blu-ray Player. Also leawo.net is in my bookmarks bar.
Oh yes, my first sentence used in this review IS NOT VALID in case of Leawo Blu-ray Player.

This company has issues with their "Data Recovery Mac"-software! I do expect a refund for an app that is corrupted by the installation. As I am writing this, LEAWO is trying to make me an unwilling beta-tester instead of refunding my money. Stay away from this company!

I learned about this company using their blue-ray player from the Mac App store. I needed a blu-ray ripper to archive my movies on my video server. I had trouble getting their trial version working. They supported me promptly and with very specific help. The trial ran flawlessly and I was ready to buy. I was so impressed with their support and decided to purchase their lifetime license.

5 stars: Excellent - no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. :)
