Our Le Boat Horizon 4 houseboat was very comfortable for 4 adults sailing the Trent-Severn Waterway. Having 4 bathrooms was the best, with one in each cabin. We prepared most of our meals on the rooftop grill, conveniently located next to the rooftop dining table.

The boat really only has one issue. The seat padding and the bed padding needs to be upgraded to improve the comfort when living on the boat for a week. It would be fine for a day trip, but when that is your only seating for 7 days an upgrade is needed.
Wonderful way to explore and experience our country. The staff were great and the boat exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped, clean and easy to drive.
Le Boat Horizon 4 sleeps 8 but it was just two of us for 7 days and we loved having the extra rooms for our luggage. The boat was very spacious and modern. We loved being able to cook on board, especially with the outdoor grill/BBQ, and were pleasantly surprised that with a few hatches open, nights in mid-September 2025 were cool and comfortable. The thrusters were a huge bonus (and a must!) — they made maneuvering so much easier and forgiving. The Horizon 4 was otherwise straightforward to handle, and we had zero issues with the boat during our trip.
a great boat for 2 couples
The two midship cabins were a little too small for two people after 4 nights but the bow cabins were nice and comfortable. The boat handled well and the thrusters made docking easy.
Good boat for our needs
We enjoyed the Horizon 4 -with 4 cabins space was great and each one had its own bathroom. Good size gally and eat in area a plus was the full size fridge. Our captain was impressed with the thrusters which was a big plus for navigating.
The Boat exceeded our expectations. We had 6 adults and 2 kids on the boat. There was still plenty of room and no one felt cramped. Even with a day of rain everyone had their own space. These are big boats with LOTS of places to get away from everyone if needed.
