We were met with a warm welcome. We were given a very thorough introduction to Le Boat, how they operate and then the boat itself. We were left in no doubt that if we encountered a problem we should not hesitate to contact Le Boat Messac. We set off in our boat feeling comfortable with how it operates and confident that any problems would be swiftly sorted out. We encountered no problems.
