Well...I read that over 30% of LED lighting fixtures will fail inside 30-45 days
IF I interpret your return policy accurately, and I may not understand the legalize) the Buyer could be charged a 50% restocking fee.
This information makes me nervous.

Weak mounting bracket
The mounting bracket bent when I went through a car wash. I'm going to see if I can find a metal shop here to build me a stronger bracket.

Half your money back for a faulty product?
Do not purchase from LEDfactorymart. The product I ordered is retaining it's shipping container shape. Seller has had me lay heavy objects on it, bend it back and smash more heavy objects, now wants me to boil water and pour it over a 20 square foot bed mat. Seller effectively cannot resolve it, so is only offering half my money back to return the faulty product.

Such a massive improvement! Looks so cool...seriously. Only Gripe? The enclosed instructions lack detail, so we had to pull up youtube videos to get through the install. I recommend you include the URL to YOUR video, walking through the steps.

I ordered seat back protectors. Big mistake!
I ordered seat back protectors for my Bronco. They said they would ship right away. Three weeks later, when I emailed them, they said my order was being processed. Another three weeks later I got a shipping notice. The tracking said it was in transit from Mainland China! I emailed them again and was promised a $10 refund but it never came. I eventually got my product but never got the refund. You decide for yourself if you want to do business with these people. I certainly won’t!!! By the way, I was offered $10 to write a good review.
