dreadful service and customer care!!
I ordered 3 different coloured trouser suits to see which looked best. They refused to take them back when the medium size didn’t fit me despite being a size 10
So I am left with 3 suits that don’t fit . It’s outrageous
Pass the word to anyone interested in using this company. I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought .
I shall continue to write dreadful reviews to hopefully dissuade anyone who is thinking of using this company

I wouldn't even give them one star. They purport to be a UK company, but the product comes from China. The sizing is all wrong. Returns are made nearly impossible. They are a ripoff and I will never use them again.

Small sizes

I ordered a dress for my partner which was ordered as a U.K. 14 .
On arrival it was more like a U.K. 10
Their returns policy is one of jumping through hoops of fire and reading the reviews, I am disappointed in myself for ordering without doing homework first.
I won’t be ordering again !
I would advise to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress and was charged 26.99…

I ordered a dress and was charged 26.99 for shipping but was told the shipping was 5 to 7 days, so I paid it. After I paid for the dress, I received a confirmation email that said the dress had to be made, which could take up to 15 days and then up to an additional 15 for shipping. I was shocked that it had to be made and shocked that the shipping time doubled. I emailed the company with zero response. I contacted them through their Facebook messages to try, and it said the message could not be sent. I have reached out to them five times via email and IG and on a post in their FB. Radio silence. They lied from the start about the dress, and I am woefully disappointed. I have thus far lost $155.99. I am still waiting for a reply. I need a refund.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this scamming company, i ordered a velvet dress 3rd December 2025 received it 22nd December 2025, poor quality not as advertised on website, the return policy does not exist, no return address in UK and all items are non returnable. These online companies using .co.uk fronting as UK merchants but are not should be be banned and blocked from selling to UK customers and ripping people off their money £117.88 lost.

I ordered because they utilize PayPal so that made me trust the website. It’s a scam though. The dress I received looked nothing like the product online. I’m assuming the reviews with pictures are AI generated because the dress is such poor quality in real life. Don’t make the same mistake as me!!! I’m out $140

Sizing is awful NOT UK BASED

Partner bought me a pair of cowboy boots . Took 2 weeks to arrive only to find the sizing is terrible im a uk size 8 , these won't even take my foot in them definitely not a size 8 more like a size 6.. Partner has emailed numerous times and got no response, these were to be my Christmas present... so not looking likely to be replaced in time. Why say UK BASED...

Never use it! The dress never got delivered , I’ve e mailed 21 times and they say call the police , send a photo of an empty porch, showing the dress wasn’t delivered! Is this a joke?

DO NOT BUY FROM SCAM SHOP

Scam - I ordered a £100 dress that was supposed to be velvet, the picture looks velvet and the description said velvet. Of course when it arrived it was a disgusting polyester. I asked to send it back and was told to send pictures. Its just a scam DO NOT BUY.

Edit: You need to review your own product to know that you sent me a polyester dress instead of a velvet one. And how much would it cost me to send it back to you? You are a scam and you know it. AVOID

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Although it’s called LeelyUK it’s based in China. I spent over £200 on two dresses but they were no good so I wanted to send them back. I had to spend £36 in shipping costs. Months later the package got returned back to me as the address they gave me didn’t exist. They’re refusing to take the dresses back now so I’ve wasted £200. There are plenty of other good reputable places to buy dresses from so I’d steer clear of these guys!
They then replied to my review with a lie. They gave me an address is china to return the dresses to not an American address. The dresses were sent back to the address they gave me immediately but it seems it was a bogus address. If they were an honest company who really cared, they’d give me the right address to send the dresses back to and give me a refund. Instead, they’re refusing to do anything saying I’m now outside the returns period. Don’t get stung by this company!

AVOID LEELY

AVOID LEELY. It's an absolute sham of a company. I ordered my wedding dress; it took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked nothing like the image on the website. It came crumpled up in a postage bag from China. The fabric was poor quality, and it wasn't even sewn symmetrically. I took the dress to a trusted seamstress here in the UK to see if anything could be done to fix it, and she just laughed! To make matters worse, after waiting for weeks for the dress to arrive, my appointment with the seamstress was two days outside the seven-day returns policy, and their customer service has offered a £8 refund. I'm so frustrated and disappointed.

Secondly, regarding the clothing-related issues, we attach great importance to the quality of the clothes. Every step of the production is carried out in a way that best suits the product design. Moreover, after production, strict quality inspection is conducted. If the sewing of the clothes is asymmetrical, please contact our customer service department. They will provide you with a solution. The reason for using bagged packaging instead of paper packaging for the delivery packages is that there are many uncontrollable factors in international transportation. Therefore, we use a more convenient and waterproof bag to transport the clothes. If the clothes are wrinkled, we suggest ironing them.
Finally, regarding the issue of overdue orders. After the customer receives the package, we give them 7 working days to decide whether to keep the clothes.
