I blindly ordered from their website…

I blindly ordered from their website without checking their reviews here first (my mistake!). I had only read the reviews directly on their website, which now I suspect are all fake.

I immediately asked to cancel my order as I didn't see the point of continuing when the company is clearly a scam, and the wedding I ordered the dress for is next month.

When I asked to cancel, they offered an 80% refund, which wasn't good enough. I paid for a service/item and didn't receive it; therefore, I was entitled to a full refund.

Disputed via PayPal and received a full refund. Lesson learnt, always research and read the reviews before ordering!

Be warned, it's a non-UK company and all the 5* star reviews here are laughably fake. The company needs shutting down!

Edited* the company has flagged my review, so I’ve edited it. You can’t even speak the truth anymore it seems.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality - took much longer to arrive and no help when wanting to return item - cost £98 and the offered me to keep the item and receive a £7 refund - avoid at all costs

Very Misleading

Very much feels like a scam, so the delivery time says, 3-8 days, it also said tailoring time 7-14 days, but they do, do made to measure so you think that wouldn't be applicable to an already set size, but no when I queried where the dress was they said it takes that long to process before shipment, (process what? Its a dress being put in a bag?) so it took 20 days to deliver it, and it's a wedding dress I got for my sister, she's a uk16 so I thought I'll get the uk18 because we can always get it taken in a bit, well this came and she couldn't even get it on, it was more like a uk12/14, and the wedding was to close to order again, so I asked to return it and I had looked and had seen free returns, but when I looked, it actually says "worry- free returns"(deliberately misleading wording) and it is the least worry-free return I've ever done, they hold the return address hostage from you and won't tell you until you send pictures and speak to them on the chat where they offer you slight returns how about this £8 ok how about £15, and so on until you've said no 10 times then they "escalate it" to someone higher up to ask them for the address to be emailed, once it is (a good while later) you find out its in Texas,( the company is called leely.uk so you don't think you'd have to send it back so far) so I've paid £30 and they want a picture of the parcel and it must be tracked, a picture of the tracking receipt and the tracking number, all this to send back a £120 dress that was incredibly incorrectly sized, so that is entirely their fault! They have to "check it first" before I get a refund and based on there customer service so far, I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them! Dreadful experience!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS! *UPDATE* - ORDER NUMBER WBLLUK9525

This is clearly stated under the "Add to Cart" option on our shopping website. Before our orders are transported, they will go through an important step - quality inspection. To ensure that the orders we send to customers are in good condition, we conduct strict quality inspections.

Secondly, regarding the size of the clothes, our clothes are strictly produced according to our size chart. You can measure them. If they don't match our size chart, we will be responsible.

Finally, about the return issue. Since our customers come from all over the world, we cannot establish return warehouses in every country. Considering various factors, we have located our overseas warehouse in the United States. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you in returning the goods. We are very sorry for the complicated return process you mentioned. However, most customers agree to keep the order and receive a partial refund. Also, when returning goods, you need to provide the tracking number of the return logistics and other information because we need to register the relevant information for the refund. 😣 why didn't i view trust pilot before…

😣 why didn't i view trust pilot before using this site???!!! Spent just over 200£ on two garments for them to be send cheap, stinking and ill fitting. The zips dont work, poor fitting. And to return is a nightmare. Also they came late and lie on their website saying it will take a few business days, so seeming like they are based in UK when they're not.
And to top it off their reviews on their site must be fake. As i left reviews and you can't see them! Lol first this place, then Debenhams online shopping fail. Hopefully everyone will catch on soon 🙏🏽 and we can get rid of these horrible online retailers.

Feels like a scam

I would not recommend buying from this company.
Be prepared for a long wait to receive your order.
The sizing is not accurate.
They make it very difficult to return the item.

Zero stars if that were an option

Zero stars if that were an option. They are basically a scam in that they make it SO SO SO incredibly difficult to return and there is such a small window of time, for busy working people, and the cost of returning is on the customer completely. They don’t even supply return labels. I could go on and on about the unprofessional customer service, the hoops you have to jump thru, the lengthy wait to receive your item etc. but I will just say loudly DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! You will most likely regret it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The quality of the garment is shocking and cheap compared to what i spent on it. To return the item i purchased from a UK website address is to send it back to Texas! They should not be allowed a uk website - beware don't be fooled by this.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. Takes 4 weeks to deliver from China. The size was delivered 3 sizes larger than we ordered. Sent them photos, they offered a measly 26 USD refund or we send it back to the USA (not UK!??) at our cost before they refund it. This is a dress that cost us well over 100 GBP from them! They had clearly made completely the wrong size, and the staff there say you have to allow for this size variation. Took 4 weeks of going backwards and forwards with emails and dimensions, waiting days for responses. Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. They are a scam of a company and the website and marketing is professional, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

UPDATE: Took the dress to a dressmaker in case there was any way to make this fit. They thought not possible, because it's 3 sizes too big so it's not just a question of taking the waist in - everywhere needs altering. Whilst in at the dressmakers one of the buttons fell off. The quality of the dress is absolutely terrible.

The return process was a real long…

The return process was a real long winded affair and cost a fortune to ship back. The sizes are very small so anyone buying needs to order the next size up. I was assisted by a young lady called Melody who was very helpful, but I’m afraid unless the return process is updated I will not be buying from them again. The cost of shipping was deducted from my refund even though I paid for it plus $20 dollars shipping fee to send back tracked as per the instructions I was given so all in all it’s cost me around £30 for a dress that I had to return as it didn’t fit not a great experience, the dress was lovely though and good quality just poor sizing.

When I first made my order, it didn't go through correctly however, the money came out of my account. I contacted the helpdesk, and Melody responded. She was very helpful throughout the service, quick at responding, and courteous throughout. I gave 4 stars only because of the initial mix-up, but 5 stars to Melody.

Best dress for a beauty pageant!

Absolutely amazing service and beautiful dress! I bought my dream dress to wear at the Miss Great Britain pageant and I thought it wouldn’t arrive in time. I spoke to the customer service team who said it would be impossible for it to arrive on time as they have to hand make it. I was so upset but I asked them to fast track the delivery in the hopes it would come. The delivery came 11 days EARLY and I even had time to get the dress to a seamstress to get it fitted properly! Everyone at the pageant loved it and I had so many compliments! I was apprehensive to order from this company with the bad reviews but I’ve got to say I had a great experience. I can’t seem to upload photos but if anyone wants to see pictures my insta handle is @chloe.Waplington

Don’t use this website goods were…

Don’t use this website goods were shoddy size at least 2 sizes too small no return label had to email the company was offered £9 to keep the goods finally settled on £27 and to keep goods and then they asked me to write a five star review no chance would never ever order again i am £100 down with an outfit nobody would want very disappointed as was for my sons wedding

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My Scam is still ongoing …Please, please don’t waste your money. It’s a Scsm , you’ll never see your items ordered or your money ever again.
I think the customer service team write their own reviews, Melody certainly isn’t helpful in her emails to me.
They still haven’t delivered , refuse to refund and just simply inform me the package has probably been destroyed. My address was correct, my number correct, it’s NOT the customers duty to go out searching the logistics company for a parcel, this is Leely’s responsibility. Consumer act 15, you cannot hold onto a customer’s money when the parcel hasn’t been successfully delivered , Leelys reply, you should have traced it and picked it up yourself.
This company needs closing down.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Paid for expedited shipping on some items, didn't end up receiving them for almost 2 months, now am in the middle of a nightmare of a time trying to return these items. They also make you pay a 20% restocking fee on top of it all! Never had such a hard time dealing with a company. I caution anyone to shop elsewhere.
