The quality of the garment is shocking and cheap compared to what i spent on it. To return the item i purchased from a UK website address is to send it back to Texas! They should not be allowed a uk website - beware don't be fooled by this.

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. Takes 4 weeks to deliver from China. The size was delivered 3 sizes larger than we ordered. Sent them photos, they offered a measly 26 USD refund or we send it back to the USA (not UK!??) at our cost before they refund it. This is a dress that cost us well over 100 GBP from them! They had clearly made completely the wrong size, and the staff there say you have to allow for this size variation. Took 4 weeks of going backwards and forwards with emails and dimensions, waiting days for responses. Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. They are a scam of a company and the website and marketing is professional, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK.
UPDATE: Took the dress to a dressmaker in case there was any way to make this fit. They thought not possible, because it's 3 sizes too big so it's not just a question of taking the waist in - everywhere needs altering. Whilst in at the dressmakers one of the buttons fell off. The quality of the dress is absolutely terrible.

The return process was a real long winded affair and cost a fortune to ship back. The sizes are very small so anyone buying needs to order the next size up. I was assisted by a young lady called Melody who was very helpful, but I’m afraid unless the return process is updated I will not be buying from them again. The cost of shipping was deducted from my refund even though I paid for it plus $20 dollars shipping fee to send back tracked as per the instructions I was given so all in all it’s cost me around £30 for a dress that I had to return as it didn’t fit not a great experience, the dress was lovely though and good quality just poor sizing.

When I first made my order, it didn't go through correctly however, the money came out of my account. I contacted the helpdesk, and Melody responded. She was very helpful throughout the service, quick at responding, and courteous throughout. I gave 4 stars only because of the initial mix-up, but 5 stars to Melody.

Absolutely amazing service and beautiful dress! I bought my dream dress to wear at the Miss Great Britain pageant and I thought it wouldn’t arrive in time. I spoke to the customer service team who said it would be impossible for it to arrive on time as they have to hand make it. I was so upset but I asked them to fast track the delivery in the hopes it would come. The delivery came 11 days EARLY and I even had time to get the dress to a seamstress to get it fitted properly! Everyone at the pageant loved it and I had so many compliments! I was apprehensive to order from this company with the bad reviews but I’ve got to say I had a great experience. I think the customer service team write their own reviews, Melody certainly isn’t helpful in her emails to me.
They still haven’t delivered , refuse to refund and just simply inform me the package has probably been destroyed. My address was correct, my number correct, it’s NOT the customers duty to go out searching the logistics company for a parcel, this is Leely’s responsibility. Consumer act 15, you cannot hold onto a customer’s money when the parcel hasn’t been successfully delivered , Leelys reply, you should have traced it and picked it up yourself.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Paid for expedited shipping on some items, didn't end up receiving them for almost 2 months, now am in the middle of a nightmare of a time trying to return these items. They also make you pay a 20% restocking fee on top of it all! Never had such a hard time dealing with a company. I caution anyone to shop elsewhere.

This place is a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress took forever to get here and then it was too small, even thought I measured myself according to their guidelines and I should have had room to spare. I stupidly ordered another dress in another size up and again it gets here and is still too small but I can zip it. I start the return on the first dress and it’s a very weird process, they offer me $11 to keep the dress. Mind you I spent $140. I said no, they offer me $20 I said no. Eventually I said I want to return and I want a full refund. They said okay but I have to pay for shipping. Shipping is $28 and I pay it directly to UPS. Then I get an email weeks after I return the dress and they said we deducted the shipping cost from your refund. They deducted $35 for shipping. THEY NEVER SENT ME A LABEL. I paid for shipping before hand directly to UPS. They emailed saying they refunded me but still haven’t seen it on my account. This place is a total scam. Learn from me, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This website is impersonating a UK brand but is nothing but bogus. The clothes are cheaply made and packaged badly- sent from China not made in the UK.

Beware before purchasing from Leely. What a disappointing experience! I paid over $135 for a dress that arrived defective and made from cheap material — and yet the company expects me to cover both the original and return shipping. When a product arrives damaged, the customer should never have to pay for the company’s mistake. They also refused to send a replacement. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Quality control and customer care need serious attention.

Honestly, what a scam. I ordered a size 22 dress — a standard UK size — and what arrived is maybe a 16/18 at best. No size label, no brand tag, nothing. For £86, you’d think you’re getting something decent, but it looked and felt like it came straight off Temu.
They claim to be a UK company, but the parcel came from China, and when I tried to return it, they told me I would need to pay for the return myself (FYI costs£30 to send it to America 🤯). Once it arrived there they would inpect it and give a 80% refund.
When I first asked for a return, they offered a £9 partial refund. Then when I pushed for the return address, they changed their story — “We’ll give you £30 if you keep it.” I agreed… guess what? They sent £9 anyway.
Dress never worn, totally useless, and I’m £77 down for something that doesn’t fit. The whole thing feels like a bait-and-switch scam.
Leely UK? More like Leely Scam Co.

LEELY website clearly indicates that you can return items if in 7 business days and unworn, unwashed, tags intact, and original packaging. Yet, when you try to return, there are no options to return on the website and customer service is horrible. They delay, try to offer partial refunds ($19 and $69 even though I spent$200) to keep the items and never give you an actual RMA/way to return items. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Most horrible experience ever. I wish i would've read reviews before purchasing a dress for my daughters wedding. Its sad that especially in this day & age, with everything being so expensive, we get taken advantage of, and have our money stolen from us by dishonest companies like this.
Much like others, the dress I ordered, was not the one I received. It looked nothing like it. To add insult to injury, it was poorly made with black thread showing on an emerald green dress, and it was coming apart.
I requested to return, sent over 5 emails back & forth with "customer service". On my receipt it says 14 day return guarantee. On their website it says 7. Also they offered me $13, then $30, then a credit versus refunding my $160. This company needs to be shut down, I can only imagine they're still operating because of the people who dont file complaints or disputes with their banks. Its been now over a week, and they still refuse to give me a return address for this trash merchandise.
