I will never shop here again

I will never shop here again. I waited more than one month to receive my dress. I had no idea it was made to order and shipping from China, It appears as. a UK company but is not The quality of the fabric was v good but the fit ran v small. And I went through a long frustrating process to return it. It’s v difficult to find the chat to communicate w the vendor. And then I was questioned about my return like I committed a crime. The process required to return to this vendor is reason enough to never shop here again. There is no return label offered and the customer must incur both shipping costs. Just awful. It’s a shame. Melody was lovely and helpful once I got through all the hoops to begin the return process. They want an email w pictures and your order information and the tracking information. It’s a long list of information needed to send them, And then your return isn’t processed until you email them again to tell them it arrived at their warehouse. Can you imagine? It’s the most tedious grueling lengthy and expensive process just to try a dress that won’t fit. Melody you were wonderful but go find another job bc this company is not good! I don’t even want to give it one star.

Scam.

Unfortunately the website was deceiving. It gave the impression this was a uk based supplier with .co.uk. return cost me £30. That is abyssal. The sizes were at least 2x too small. There were also no crystals on the dress whereas photos looked like there were crystals. I lost the delivery cost too. So im out about £50 in total. Complete scam.

They have their products in China

They have their products in China. It takes very long to arrive, price is alot higher for the quality they provide.
They send me the wrong colour but they will not admit it, it took very long to arrive but they all have it covered, small writing here and there.
The return is a nightmare is not even worth trying. Not to say about refound. It is a scam website and I notice that actually is a chain. There are a few more like tis one, slightly change the design of the website.
They do trick people in buying cheap low quality products.

Horrific experience and would avoid at…

Horrific experience and would avoid at all costs. Ordered two dresses to Ireland and the sizing was all wrong, asked for a refund they said no. I then tried to return and they said they could only be returned to a warehouse in Texas. Shipping to USA alone cost almost what I’d paid for the dresses. They refused to offer a refund or a prepaid return and were highly unprofessional and difficult throughout. I am now stuck with two bridesmaid dresses that don’t fit anyone and that are AWFUL quality. Disgraceful and 100% a scam company that are out to take your money. I have escalated this with the fraudulent transaction dept at my bank and have reported the company to our local cyber crime facility.

Absolutely awful quality

Absolutely awful quality. I enquired about returning items before I purchased and was told I’d pay the delivery charge, which was £10 for my two items. I have then gone to return them and it has cost me £34. I then have to wait for them to recieve the item then it will take them several days after that to issue the refund. Do not use this site bad quality and terrible customer seveice

The most awful company to use

The most awful company to use. DO NOT order from them. It is impossible to return an item and get a refund. You are throwing your money away if a dress does not fit perfectly. A £90 dress that didn’t fit would cost £25 to send back to the USA, at first they offered me £9 for “alterations “ . It is not worth the stress, money, admin (emails back and forth explaining why the dress is not suitable) and then coat to return.

Worst online clothing company I have…

Worst online clothing company I have dealt with. They want to charge 20% restocking fee for returns.
I’m pregnant so I wasn’t sure what would fit by the time the dresses got there which took a month.
Then I got them to say they wouldn’t charge me restocking but when they refunded they did end up charging me until I complained and then they refunded me.
I had to pay shipping both ways and it ended being $55. I would never shop there again unless your for sure it will fit .

Poor fit

Poor fit , shocking refund policy. Bad reviews were accurate wish I’d read them first. A fight to get full refund and made to negotiate to get any money back at all. Will not use or recommend will also add another bad review. Complete scam.

Being honest

Being honest, the delivery took a very long time, about 6WEEKS. Unfortunately I could not wear the dresses for the reason it was ordered, daughters graduation as it came around 10th Aug when i ordered it end of June. I was emailing Melody and response to my emails was not as quick, and because the delivery took so long I was concerned that this was not a legitimate company having taken my money. This was worrying especially as the item could not be delivered correctly and required many more emails to get this received. However, the dresses are amazing, perfect fit and made to a very high standard and quality material. This has definitely made this whole experience alot better and i have left feeling satisfied with the dresses. Thank you Melody for the ongoing responses and queries. Sadly, I would not recommend to others due to the long time for delivery and you would not get 100% refund if you need to return. Luckily i didnt need to do that as both fit very well.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke! I ordered a dress four weeks ago and it doesn't even look like what I ordered. The dress was ordered through a UK website, the cheapest material, and not as described.
They offer me a £10 refund or a £15 discount in the store, the cost of the dress with shipping is £120 don't order, it's bad for your nerves

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!! The item I received was not at all as advertised, or shown. Was advertised as satin, but was a cheap fabric not even good enough to be called a knock off. Cheaply made terrible stitching. Took over three weeks to arrive and came from China. When I tried to return I was offered $9 to keep the item that I paid over $100 for. Next I was offered $29 and a coupon.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam Warning - Avoid at All Costs

I ordered two dresses that looked nothing like the photos on the website – they were made from cheap, poor-quality material. When I tried to return them, the company offered me £20 to keep them instead of accepting a return. After several requests, they finally gave me a return address in China and it costed me £20 to send the dresses back – I suspect the address was fake.

Thankfully, I got my £180 back after raising a dispute through my bank, but it took two months. Everything you've read in other one star reviews is true – this company is a scam. Five star reviews are fake - look at the user names...

If you've already ordered, leave a review. The more people speak up, the fewer will fall for it.

Avoid this scam

I have just asked this company to advise how I can return 2 dresses and they will not allow the return. The dresses they sent me don’t even look like the pictures. One is a totally different colour and I’ve sent them images to show this. They have offered me £15 off my next purchase… These dresses were over £100 each and are terrible quality not matching the pictures on the website. Honestly this site is a total scam. AVOID

The overall experience of buying from…

The overall experience of buying from Leely UK was awful.
- it is not a UK company. Everything is from China, despite its name, which is clearly done to falsely make you feel more comfortable about delivery times and returns
- the website asks you for the date by when you need the dresses to be delivered. The dresses I ordered did not arrive on time, even though I ordered them more than 2.5 weeks before the event
- they did not tell me when the items were shipped as they said they would
- I emailed them just before the event to say there was no point in sending the dresses as they could not be worn. The reply I received, which was clearly created by a bot rather than a person, was to say that the items were now shipped
- when the dresses arrived after my event, I emailed them and told them they were useless to me because of their poor delivery. They said that I could return them to their warehouse in USA or in China. I had a 7-day window in which to do that, and I would be responsible for delivery charges (theirs and mine), even though they had not sent the items in time
- when I emailed them to complain, I was offered a 10% refund of the cost of the two dresses!
- when I emailed to say this was unacceptable, I repeatedly got bot-created replies, none of which addresses my complaint!

Overall experience - absolutely awful, from start to finish. The dresses themselves were very poor quality too.
