Company has now stated the order would be fill and shipped on Monday 7/2 and again let down that nothing has been done. Full scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM….

I ordered a PlayStation and whilst it took a long time to ship, they upgraded my order from a digital to a disc with no extra cost. The item arrived today and I’m very happy about that.

I ordered an Xbox halo after being frustrated I could not find this product anywhere. After reading the reviews I was shocked to see a tracking number being updated after just 2 business days.

The product came all good and with no faults. Great experience :)

After having concerns in regards to an order due to covid delays/staffing issues.

I ordered shoes on the 07/12/21 and haven’t received any updates despite multiple emails and chat messages, I understood delays at first due to covid but it’s just ridiculous at this point.

I ordered a PS5 in early Jan and I was sceptical immediately after placing the order that it would never ship. Their support team responds in an adequate manner and I had a couple of interactions with David who was the most helpful.

Whilst the item took some time to arrive, it eventually did and overall I'm happy with the experience however I wish the wait times were a lot smaller.

I wrote a review below on the 25/1/22 explaining why using this company is the worst online experience i have had. It has been more than 2 months since i placed an order, nothing shipped and emails calls ignored until i wrote the below bad review. I got a call from David immediately that afternoon, it was amazing!!! David said he was personally looking into my order. I laughed and said i don’t expect much from them!! He was persistent and said he would call me with an update the next day. That was 4 days ago and as expected from the crap customer service with Leerdo i was right. He wouldn’t give me any contact details except his name so the only way to get in contact and a response from Leerdo is to write a review!!! I hope someone reads this and calls me again as they have proved again they just lie!

Service is trash. Have waited over 7 weeks for my order, It still hasn’t been shipped and they refuse to tell me what’s going on with my purchase. I have asked for a refund multiple times and get no reply. DONT BUY FROM LEERDO.

I bought a PS5 (order #7612) from them on 04/12/21, and since then, I've sent them many emails without a proper response, no tracking numbers and just empty promises.

On 20/01/22, I wrote my first review here hoping, that that would trigger them to do something, give me a refund, or at least a delivery date.

That prompted them to send me a tracking number on 21/01/22, but as with everything they do, that number also seems to be another empty promise.

I already made a complaint with ACCC on 20/01, and hopefully, they will help me get my money back. So, for everyone out there thinking of buying a PS5 from Leerdo, please don't, it will save you from a massive headache.

I paid for a PS5 on the 8th November, after many enquires it finally arrived 24th December. Definitely not sent express as promised.
