Worst online shopping experience!

Worst online shopping experience!
This shop is a scam!
They collect money and say it is sent with sendle! I have tried to reach out to them on countless occasions with no response! Try doing a refund when they don’t respond!
They have stole my money! I ordered a PS5 though them and they say it’s sent but the shipping company hasn’t received it!
Beware when buying from this shop! Do not use them!!!

Where is my PS5?

Where is my PS5?
Order number 7292.
I have tried ringing you everyday for 3 weeks and the phone is NEVER answered.
All my emails never get answered either.
This is the only way to get some sort of response from you. Hopefully I might save somebody else from losing $1295 and the disappointment of a XMas present. I paid for a PS5 on the 24 Nov and my child didn’t get his Christmas present because of your lies and misrepresentation.
Don’t reply by telling me to email you or phone you.
The only email I have ever received from you was a summary when I first paid you more than a month ago. How about sending me a receipt or an invoice then ship the thing.
Give me a tracking number! Give me a tracking history!
I have lodged a report to the ACCC and also contacted PayPal to get my money back.
Also what a joke. If someone gives you a bad review you state they are trying to defame you. Well mate, if you steal from someone that’s what you get.
That’s the purpose of a review. So people can warn other people about your company. Just so everyone knows, these clowns don’t have a huge warehouse full of PS5’s. They buy them off EB Games, or JB Hifi just like we can. They double the price and then wait for stock. Their Con is, they say they dispatch them within 10 workings days giving the illusion that they have them in stock. Then once they get your money they simple don’t reply, don’t answer their phone. When finally they get stock from EB etc they ship it.
They admit it in a review saying they are consignment sellers. People only pay double the recommended retail if they believe they are going to get the product shipped within 10 business days. If I had known their scam then I would of saved my money and bought it through JB or Big W when they get stock and at half the price.
Thankfully I bought it through PayPal so I might be able to get my money back.

Overall a bad experience.

If you're looking to buy a PS5 or Series X from them, you might be better off going to eBay and buying from anyone selling there. I ordered both a PS5 and Series X in November. When I ordered I wanted to make sure which courier they would use, and I was assured it would be Sendle. Turns out they've used Couriers Please, who are the worst couriers in Australia. PS5 was delivered this last Wednesday and only because they passed it to DeliverE to complete the delivery. The Series X is still with Couriers Please with the tracking being the same since 14 December. Both items were for a birthday gift on 18th (the PS5 which arrived on the 22nd) and Christmas (the series X which still hasn't arrived)
I'm going to 2 stars because, while they did mislead me about who they would be using, they have been somewhat responsive in trying to help get me the parcel now (with no luck of course)
Maybe buying sneakers or whatever else they sell is a better experience and maybe if you live in the eastern states, but I deeply regret buying my consoles through them.

Edit: in response to the Sendle using Couriers Please - I know the Sendle drivers. I have a specific situation that means they understand and help with it. I've sold many items and used Sendle with no issues. I've received items from Sendle with no issues. I was assured I would have Sendle with this order, which reassured me because they know me. Couriers Please have no customer service, they're notoriously difficult to contact and if you look at their reviews anywhere compare to Sendle you will see how poor they are rated. The fact is I was told it would be Sendle, and when the first item was sent and I saw it was Couriers Please, I again asked for the second to be Sendle and again it was Couriers Please. I was even sent someone else's Sendle tracking number by mistake and that was with Sendle and delivered within a couple of weeks. I've also ordered other items from Victoria and NSW using Sendle after I ordered these, and they arrived within a few weeks, well before I needed them.

But there is need to understand the issue that we aren’t courier company and once we hand over the parcel to the courier company its beyond our control. We take your feedback positively and we will look into using different courier service.

Would like to share some information here about Sendle.
Currently, Sendle uses Fastway and Couriers Please in a seamless layer of integration with our store. Sendle does not have the range and reach of AusPost, but they report coverage of over 90% of Australian addresses and growing.
For Sendle 99.9 % of parcel goes through courierplease and courier please drivers come to collect. Basically sendle uses courier please and Fastway. They do not have there own drivers.
I hope this information will be helpful to understand the situation. Thank you.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Just same experience with someone that posted 19hours ago, I ordered something since 17th of November, it's 24th of December and no update or whatsoever, I have received tons of orders after this dates. Quite funny how they don't have a phone number to call but only chat and that chat is not immediate you will have to wait and wait, I have followed up with AU post and I was told to follow up with them but this people has a terrible customer service my first experience with them obviously the last, even my overseas orders are here big mistake is trying them out, for them to know my order is the order 712*

I ordered something on the 23rd of…

I ordered something on the 23rd of November and still haven’t received it. It’s currently the 24th of December.

The only proper response I got was on the 8th of December saying that my order was soon to arrive from their consigner and that they will hand authenticate it and ship to me. No emails sent to me about any updates. Wack customer service skills. Lol

Purchased a PS5 4th Dec

Purchased a PS5 4th Dec, I emailed them a week later to see if my order was received & they had stock, replied to me a generic email saying they are on high demand & they will send within 7 to 10 days, its now been 18 days & after several emails & million phones, I cant even get a reply. Reply & do the RIGHT thing BY YOUR CUSTOMERS. Your happy to take our money, then let us know where our purchased items are & WHEN we will receive them. This was for my son for Xmas & he is going to be devastated like I am. :)

I received every pair of shoes I ordered from Jordan’s to Yeezys at different times, all received within less than a week! I bought a PS5 I couldn’t find anywhere else, which was the longest I had to wait for, however I knew why. I was lucky enough to be one of the first to purchase at the time! I didn’t mind how long I had to wait, I got it right before I needed it. Thank You 🙏🏼

I 100% recommend Leerdo

I have bought a disc ps5 and a disc xbox series X from Leerdo and I definitely recommend them. I bought the ps5 first and it arrived within 3 weeks and then I decided to buy the Series X straight after and that arrived within 2 weeks. Sure it's a long process but it's worth the wait. Don't listen to the small percent of negative reviews they're just impatient and paranoid people.

These guys are just scalpers

These guys are just scalpers! Finally got my PS5 after purchasing it on the 22nd of November. Made multiple attempts to contact them but nothing!
Opened my PS5 box just now and they left a receipt in there, they purchased the PS5 from EB Games for $750, and sold it to me for $1315. Profit of $590, how on earth is this legal.

How dare you try to belittle me! How unprofessional to write a reply like that. And yes I did have to pay that price because I could not get a PS5 anywhere else because of scalpers!
You lot need to learn how to run a business more professionally and learn proper communication with your paying customers.

Never heard of this store before and was a bit sceptical at first but I got a pair of Jordan 1 Mocha with them and the customer service is superb and very responsive. They express-shipped my pair too! I will definitely buy from them again!

The experience with leerdo was great…

The experience with leerdo was great ordering my PS5 disc, I had some concerns in the beginning and during the process, however, the leerdo team once called they answered all my questions and delivered what they promised. If you have worries please be patient and contact the team if any worries appear as they will be there to attend to your needs and believe me they will deliver your product perfectly as I experienced.
I would recommend it to all my friends whether it is to buy a ps5 or their apparel and footwear, it is a must based on my experience. Thank you leerdo team for the product I'm enjoying the ps5 as I expected.

I have read some reviews below and seems like people waiting for their orders. Everyone wants their order to be delivered the same as me but I can guarantee that Leerdo delivers. My review is based on a genuine experience I would happy to provide my order number if someone has concerns.

Need to work on customer service but they have PS5 stock

I ordered a PS5 on 29 November and had zero communication so I sent an email and got a reply 11 December telling me they are sending out PS5’s daily and that my order would be processed the following week. Still no movement on my order. After seeing all the negative reviews coming through during December, I became very worried that I would not receive what I paid for. After making some noise on 19 & 20 Dec I finally got a call from a guy working at the store called Hassan and blasted him. By this stage I was convinced I was not going to see a PS5 at all - let alone before Xmas. He assured me that they have the stock and are sending them. I told him that I didn't believe him and wanted to see photos, evidence of my package being sent and real tracking details from Australia Post. All my requests were met with that day and once I received the Australia Post tracking info I was able to check it for myself. I finally received the PS5 today! 23 December! Apparently miracles do happen and my son will actually get his gift! So yes, these guys do have access to PS5 stock. If time is not an issue for you then you will eventually get what you paid for but I would have thought that any order placed in November should have been dispatched in time for xmas. These guys need to work on their customer service experience and expectations. They also need to work on their distribution delays...but I am happy to report that after making noise they did come through for me.

Ordered and paid in full my PS5 on 1/12/21. Told to wait 10 business days, expiry 15/12. Follow up emails/calls/sms to 0416595104 to be told later yesterday evening it’s been shipped and will be told tomorrow (today) a shipping details will be given… however I have sent 3 messages from 9.13am with no reply…what’s going on???? Honest Review - Playstation 5 Disc Purchase online

To be really honest with you all, at first it was really sketchy. I never heard of Leerdo. I done some research and check there socials. Found out that they have physical store in Melbourne as well. I was worried as hell but Leerdo delivered my playstation safely and perfectly. I know this is busy time period of the year and everyone wants there orders to be delivered asap but guys you will be getting your order as I got mine.
