Great service to use - unless you decide to transfer the money into a gift card. The website fails to inform you that the gift.cool app does not work outside of France. Meaning the donations collected for a great cause cannot be used.
Really disappointing. The Leetchi customer service's answer was pretty much sorry, we cannot do anything about it. Did not even bother to help resolve the issue.

Quick customer service. The problem with refund was solved.

The worst customer service ever. I am unable to use the money as they say they need to do some checks. No answer from two weeks although they say it takes only from 48h to 72 hour to reply. There is no phone number to call. I have the feeling that Leechi is using our money. I would absolutely invite everyone not to use this platform

Overall a good experience. The ID validation is not super friendly, but an email to the customer service solved the issue.

I created a money pot and accidentally closed when the website was loadidn I clicked on spend my money pot and the pot closed, I asked customer care to help me fix it but no reply so I had to create another one.

When I asked to receive the money from the closed pot they said it was cancelled with no reason but at least this time they replied within 24hours of my request.

I did panicked a bit because I didnt get an automatic response saying they were taking care of my issue.

Overall they could definitly improve the customer care experice by creatign an automatic template when a customer asks for support.

On the other hand they cancelled the trasfer I solicited but did not explain why, they explained it really well after, but it could have been already in the failure of payment message so that you don't create unnecessary doubt of where did the money go.

Overall the website is very easy to set up, if you do mess up and close your pot by mistake there is not easy way to reactivate it (I also did not get support reactivating it, but it was so fast to create a new one that I just did so, even though I already shared it with all my contacts and had to tell one by one to wait till I fixed the issue)

Only at the end was I told I couldn't use e-mail to tell others, which was the whole reason I was doing it. I want the money back I have already lodged with you.

I have received 150 of donations
Made a transfer to my bank account and the answer is bank transfer refused
Now the 150 have disappeared from my pot even the name of my contributor
There is no reason this bank transfer is refused as I'm using this account for 5 years now for everything it's my main account
So what now where is my money
Of course no response from customer service now

I had to pay for a friend based in the UK who kept getting error messages, but with the only message being to "see your privacy policy". Even after creating his account he did not get a 3DS message from his bank. I made one payment since I didn't even dare try to make two separate gifts after his experience, and the 300 character limit is very frustrating. And finally, your website is one of the only ones around that won't let you visualize a new password!

I keep trying to access the money donated to help our disabled daughter. Various e mails and links sent but nothing seems to work! This has been going on for over 2 years now , clearly this company needs to work on its communications.
