My experience was fine, except when trying to leave my message to the beneficiary. I had to recreate and rewrite about 5 times. Each time I was about to finish, as I was rereading my note to the beneficiary, the message box disappeared, and along with it, my message. Super frustrating.

Why ask for birth date
I think it's an excellent service to be able to collect money for a gift to a person from people spread out all over the world. However I don't understand why you should ask for my birth date and year when I am just sending money via a credit card. I don't think that is necessary and appropriate unless I have asked to receive communication from you (which I didn't).

Such a sloppy site
Two issues: 1. My message to the beneficiary disappeared when I clicked on my name. So I have no idea if it was sent or not. It's insane that it just disappears like that without me finishing. 2. I googled for 30 minutes and can't find an answer to a simple question. If I choose "anonymous", does the beneficiary still see who I am? This is what I want. I don't want everyone else to see my name, but I want the beneficiary to see. Why on earth would you not clarify this simple detail? I'm sure I can't be the only one to wonder about this.
