Came across this company doing an online search and was a bit unsure as having never used them before but i'm very happy i trusted them as the service has been outstanding each time. Had to call up a couple of times with enquiries and the call was answered immediately and dealt with swiftly. The documents have been accepted everywhere I've presented them. Thank you 👌

The website was easy to navigate,there was also ways to contact them if you needed to,I used the deed poll to change my daughters name,they were quick sending it out and kept me informed of the delivery updates,if I should need someone in the future then I won’t hesitate to use this company

I am not happy with what I received, it was the same name on both name parts, if I made a mistake then surely whoever printed should have queried it. It stated that if they had any questions regarding my request they would contact me. They had my phone number and email address. The first time I put my details it went back to the start when pressed next. I have tried to contact by phone and email and have heard nothing from the company.

I ordered on a Thursday at 2:30 pm and papers arrived already Saturday morning. I live in Scotland while the deed poll provider is in south England. Very fast production of the papers and delivery. It has a wax apostolie with Online Legal Services and a reference number. I ordered a deed poll replacement which only very few providers provide, I got my original first deed poll from another provider. You need to provide 2 witnesses by your self who will sign the deed poll. It would be nice if you would offer services where a solicitor would be one of the witnesses would be willing to pay that extra fee. My first deed poll from another provider provided such service so that I needed only to provide 1 witness instead of 2.
I ordered a copy of the replacement deed poll as well and it contained a signature from a para legal employee which is good. Overall great service. I paid 35 pound for the deed poll replacement and 1 certified copy and delivery. Arrived fast. Can highly recommend
